So I want to buy an all day vac extender but was wondering if anyone could help refer me to which has worked best. Currently I’m looking at stealth stretcher(#1) Phallosan Forte, SiliStretcher, and the size doctor, I’m leaning with the stealth stretcher because I like the high tension capabilities, but has anyone ever used it and is it good for night wear?

So does male enhancement actually work? And has anyone had any luck with extenders? I’ve started using the quick extender pro.
