Hey man, I’m new to PE, I’ve been ADS for 45 days 10 hours a day, started stretching 2 weeks ago and pumping a week ago. I think I was stretching too hard. My penis feels kind of tough now and slight pain/ fatigue. I’m nervous I did damage. Should I take time off/ how much? I saw your post on decondition breaks but I’m just starting and don’t want to take a long break. What are your thoughts on this?
