From what i know, in order to get best results.
1) drink lots of water = better blood flow
2) do exercises/fitness = better blood flow
3) do lots of Kegel or PC exercises = strenghening you penis
4) do your penis exercises everyday
have i missed anything?

Tunica strerch 3x30 sec each way straight out
__________ stretch down
5 min erect stretch
It's a fun workout
But my bathmate use to give me huge gains and they'd last and carry to the next day. Now I get gains but not as much and they fade...
So I first found out about PE back in March of 2013. Started things up but only lasted a couple of weeks due to gaining and roommate and privacy issues. Im sure I would of been able to sneak around in my room for an hour for exercises but for some reason I chose not too. After that I moved in...
