Hi guys, I'm new with the SiliStretcher. Got couple of questions. I could not find concise info.
-If I have foreskin. The instruction says to apply some type of x tape and bring foreskin on top of glass but I could not understand what they meant.
-Also, I see that the elastic band one can place it on the shoulder but no pictures on attachment, supposed to be attached to jeans?

I have been using the Silistretcher for near a month, I can try to assist and hopefully some others can jump in to fill gaps I may miss.

I am cut, but I believe with regards to taping it is referring to pulling your foreskin forward over your glans and securing with two strips of the included tape in an "X" fashion. Doing this would allow you to secure the sleeve over more of the shaft so you get more inner penis pull vs. stretching foreskin and not getting good ligament stretch. Also might reduce some irritation to your foreskin.

For your second question, I believe you are referring to the Silistrap, which is the skinnier elastic strap with two metal end clips? If so, for a stretch straight up to center, I have worn in a necklace fashion wrapping behind my neck and pulling both metal end clips down to the center towards my belly button and attached to the metal ring on the top of the bell. I will say, it does end up becoming a little uncomfortable with the strap against my neck, so I dont wear like this often.

I have shortened the strap and gone over one shoulder and attached to a back belt loop on my jeans as well as you suggested, but I found getting enough tension to feel a good stretch means also getting a good amount of a wedgie.

I wear my Silistretcher everyday while working, and I have found the best concealment and stretch is found by strapping down to left or right ankle. I reserve the other stretching positions for when I am at home a nobody else is around.

@Ichotolot you are not listening to me at all.
You are talking about gentle stretching. That will give you slow growth or no growth at all.
You need to stretch with intensity to grow.

0,75 inch you can get really fast with LengthMaster 3.

I am amazed by your results, how much did girth change with this routine?

I would be happy with more lenght but I am already BP 6.3. I don't mind if it would be 7 but want to focus on the girth.

So mainly it is really going to extreme pressure/pull that you think benefitted you the most?

I got a panic feeling in my body in the beginning when I started using LengthMaster 3. You can then imagine, how hard I was stretched my penis at the end of it. But I teached myself to love the feeling. Look at the Penis Exterminator exercise.

The "pain" (it's not pain) people are talking about in the ligaments and inner penis, I love that feeling.

Girth may have change somewhat. But I believe the width changed even more. My girth in semi-erected state after a girth session are 6" Inch EG. So I'm still (permanent girth) under 6" EG. My goal is between 5.75 and 6 Inch EG permanent. Then I have to stop.

I suggest that you only work on length. 7 Inch in EG is really big. Are you getting everything at the store?

You are mentioning the SRT. A really good program to follow. The theory in that program are implemented in every successful PE programmer out there.

The MityVac has a size tab in the store and shows how to measure to determine what size to get.
The SiliSleev may be too small for you. You will need to get the 1" and stretch it out. My EG is 5" and the 7/8" works well.
I wish I would have gotten the SRT package to begin with. Would have saved me about 50% of what I will end up spending.

It's always such a cold shower to hear how difficult it is the get girth. I read the tunica is spongy and actually not easy to grow. Not like if it was a muscle, that would have been amazing !

My girth is is around 5 and 6 when I pump and have a ring.

I am the guy with the stretched skin btw, in 10 days i ill have the filler removed and then i have to see if pumping actually still works for me. it's a harrowing thought that it could be that because the skin is so stretched it reduces the stress on the tunicae with vacuum pumping. I'll have to see, at the moment with the filler almost the whole bathmate is filled at the base and mid shaft. But it's not giving me the same pump as it used to. I am so damn worried i'll have to get the corrective surgery before I can really start again. w'll see in 10 days.

so far I only pumped almost daily. some rest days. I will get the lenghtmaster asap. and start the process.

Yeah I was looking at price difference and the package seems the way to go. The lighting seems like it may not be useful but not sure.

Hi DLD, for the Mityvac, if the goal is 6 girth, should it fit or have extra? Also I can't read the measurements well. Are those diameter? can you help select the size? and is bigger not always better?.. actually thinking of it it might keep my skin from over stretching, as long as the full tunica can be vacuumd to the max..

1 more question. Keeps the vacuum strenght building even if the penis fills the whole chamber almost? or what is the science of the best pump? thanks

You want to order what size you are now. Choose the closest size. The science of the Mityvac is that it performs best under wet or dry sessions because it was built on that premise
