Wearing the Phallosan forte for 4 hours is nothing when compared to 40 minutes of length master session.

Please try to get the length master. It will settle all of your penis length problems.
 
When wrapping with the Uncle Jim wrap, make sure it is not too tight. You should be able to wrap for 2 hours before rewrapping. Just make sure the bandage is not too tight.

For your extender, you want to increase the tension every 15 minutes in every 1 hour session. But during your first 1 hour session with the extender, don't increase the extension every 15 minutes.

Only increase the extension starting from the second 1 hour wearing time till the end of the day.

Another thing about the circumference... I happen to do 5x5x3 with a normal jelq, because I still haven't been able to frame the slow squash jelq as an actual execution.
At the end of the last session with the bathmate I no longer spend 5 minutes, but I can reach 30/40 minutes, or even more, as long as I don't start to feel any discomfort; where does all the accumulation of liquids create for me, precisely because I like that effect on my penis, is the accumulation of liquids counterproductive for girth gains? or does it not interfere and remains just an aesthetic thing?
 
I suggest you buy the length master and use it to do two 20 minutes sessions daily. That's 40 minutes daily.

I would have to keep myself tensioned manually though, and I wouldn't be able to handle the increase in traction like you said above, every 15 minutes. Do you generally do two 20 minute sessions? How do we behave?

I can have it on 11 hours with no problems at all. Sometimes I get some fluid retention but that is not often.

One SESSION with LengthMaster 3.

Set 1
Total time: 10 minutes.
1. Bundle to the right and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.
2. Bundle to the left and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes in front of a heating fan and massage your penis.
You need to remove the wrapping fully, in order to let the penis rest and to restore the blood flow fully.

Set 2.
Total time: 10 minutes.
1. Bundle to the right and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.
2. Bundle to the left and hold the stretch for 5 minutes.

Session done.

In the beginning when you can't hold the stretches for 5 minutes each you can go back and forth between bundle to the right and to the left for 10 minutes for each set. But keeping the stretches for 5 minutes is optimal for maximum temporary elongation. But you should not do this in the newbie routine, only when you progress to the DBS (Downward Bundled Stretches) you should hold each stretch for 5 minutes.

This is the program schedule that I have done to get my gains. If you stretch more efficiently you will gain faster. Stretching for 20 minutes in one go without rest or detachment, will not be optimized to gain as fast as possible = it will be inefficient.
You can do it, but you will experience more discoloration in your glans from that. There can also be pain from staying attach for 20 minutes in the chamber. There are many ways to do it....but I highly recommend the structure I wrote above.

The fluid retention is not needed at all. There is no gain in doing more than the 5x5x3 and getting fluid retention.

Just focus on doing the 5x5x3 as described. Even if you cannot do the SSJ, 5 minutes of regular jelq after each 5 minutes pumping set is fine. So you will he jelqing for a total of 15 minutes. Try to make each jelq stroke last for 2 to 3 seconds.

Make yourself a broomstick and stretch hard with your hands. Bundled stretches are superior, you should focus on them. Vidoes are available and pinned at the top in Penis Enlargement Forum.

So I deduce that you don't remove it unless necessary, i.e. going to the bathroom, exercising, sleeping, etc. right? Or unless it doesn't bother you?

Yes correct.
I have it on in the gym.

It took a long time for me to get my penis elongation wrap perfect. You need to wind it with optimal pressure so you don't get bad fluid retention. Cold weather is the enemy, so I'm always wearing quilted trousers in the winter nowdays.

To not to perform bundled stretches are illegal.
