DLD I was wondering what your thoughts would be on this issue. I had my regular pumping routine set and I had my regular cylinder I use in place at the start of my session and I suddently felt a stinging feeling in my shaft where my testicles attach to my shaft. I am not sure if I have caused a hernia from pumping too hard or an injury or some type.

My erections are down to 40% as of right now and my unit is very sensitive not being able to obtain any staying power whatsoever. I usually pump out to about 10 inches in the cylinder but I was unable to even achieve this as I had moved up in to a much larger cylinder. I have been Penis Enlargementing over 10 years this has never happend my Erection quality is usually 110%. This issue has been going on for over a week now. Should I stop my workouts completly? I hang, stretch, pump, etc all the time.

What do you think is wrong?

And on top of that it was almost as if something was contracting in my unit and then the sharp stinging pain had occured

Sounds like you may have strained a ligament or the Vas Deferens, another connective structure. I would take some time off and try not to stress it. The injury itself is not causing eq issues, it is the anxiety you are feeling. We all get strains once in a while and will need some time off. I suggest a few days (4-5 days) off and during this time do deep penile and scrotal massages, apply heat when you can (heating pad if you have it works great). It should feel good as new in this time.

ANd remember, whenever there is a strain present the pain can radiate upward, towards the glans in the form of twinges and twangs.

My condition has improved, but I still feel that discomfort on the left side of my shaft when I am stretching my unit to the right.

It may be induced from my hanging sessions, or it could be this pre-existing injury in the healing process.

I have pinpointed the problem out too. It feels like a piece of tissue starting at the left side of my shaft and then this piece of tissue actually travels up to the underside of my unit.

I intially thought it was a hernia, but after you had told me the possibilities I am starting to believe it's some type of connective tissue. It's improving thanks

I think that is a much smarter conclusion! I am happy the pain is fading.

The pain is fading, but it's still there.

This morning I hung SU a few sets, then I pumped a few sessions, but before the pumping I stretched my unit in all directions. There's no doubt I am still getting that crazy feeling of very sore tissue on each side of my upper shaft where tissue attaches to the top half of my unit.

This is after taking three days off and doing no Penis Enlargement at all. I'm OCD with my Penis Enlargement and I have done so over 10 years, but I have not encountered a problem such as this one yet. My erections are slowly getting stronger so that's good, but I am wondering I may be overtraining my unit now or I may need more jelqng sessoins for better bloow flow.

I noticed how sore I was after I pumped my unit out to 10 1/2 inches then once I finished my sessions I immediatly felt the pain in the top upper shaft.
Do you know what those pieces of tissue are called that extend from the top shaft to the middle part of the unit?

I'm taking over the counter anti inflammatories and trying to deceipher limiting weight and force by doing more extending followed by manual stretches to encourage healing.

It has to be either the spermatic chord I have damaged, the suspensoray ligament, or the vas deferens ......any suggestions?

I do not believe I should stop Penis Enlargementing only limit the amount of force.

I believe I may have caused a small tear of my suspensory ligament of my unit possibly from pumping every day way too hard. I have a 12 inch cylinder and a regular pump that I have supplemented with my Penis Enlargement routine for the past 10 years. I have jumped up a lot in girth and length due to my gains that have kept coming over the years.

Have you ever had any tears or any problems with the suspensory ligament, and if so how long does it take to heal?

My EQ now is around 60% to 70% and gaining with kegal work.

A ligamental tear will take some time to heal, perhaps 2-4 weeks. I have never torn a ligament but I know that after the suspensory ligament is cut, as in surgery, it is suggested a 4 week rest, at which point they are instructed to either Extend or Hang. A tear would tale about the same healing time. Heat, massage and light stretching in all directions will help speed the healing and keep you in the pe game, a bit.

Cool, good, I am amazed at how much further I am able to stretch than ever before in my extender now with no pain at all.

Although I do not feel any tears my unit or any discomfort whatsoever, it is much more sensitive than it ever has been when fully erect, plus I do not feel that much of a stretch when doing manual stetches at all like I use to. It's only when I hang or use an extender that I feel a slight stretch if any at this time.

Yes, I'll keep it all light as I recover further, thanks DLD I appreciate your time.

Cool. Please keep us up to date on your progress or any issues you may encounter. You are very welcome!

i had almost the same with my Bathmate a light burn in the skin/ligament followed by soreness that went away by light warm ups thru the day i thought that was good i can feel the stretch like any other ligament but after intense Bathmate sessions doing hardcore stretches my spermatic cord was being put under pressure of the gaiter as i am very skinny with no fat pad for protection and it ached a bit but my did my Bathmate with a lighter session more mindful of my left cords and ligs because my right side was unaffected. also my eq was good if not great so that was a good sign recently had sex with my gf and i bottomed out every stroke even slipped into a fornix a couple times with right positioning and eq gets me super motivated to get those ligs nice and stretched to a point of soreness but not damage as if in any gym activity.

well DLD I had went to the urologist who had over 33 years experience today and he gave me the scare of a lifetime.

He basically put his fingers on the left side of my shaft and felt a scar on my corperous canversa and had said that I had torn it
or ruptured the left chamber pretty good. He said sometimes it can take 6 months to 12 months to heal and it may be permanent damage or it may not be he just didn't know and couldn't say anything except if I kept doing the jelqing, hanging, pumping, and clamping then I could damage my penis even more. He called it the dorsal nerve and said a lot of guys who had scar tissue did have peyriones disease, then he started to say he had guys comng into his office with bent units pointing different ways saying they had damagee thier units or just had that type of disease.

I am not sure what approach to take but he did feel the scar tissue on the left side of my chamber and said that
Was causing my erection problems. Im in a loss right now and I dont know how long this injury will take to heal I juet dnt Want to have that disease at all. What can I do to make this scar heal? Should I hang light weights or jelq lightly?
What about using an extender? I don't want this to heal wrong he told me there was nothing they could do about the scar tissue. I'd appreciate some information DLD

He wants to see me in 6 months

It's seems that the answer is to gently induce blood flow thereby minimizing the chance for the scar formation to become any tougher and possibly making the scar tissue more pliable

seriously, why the heck do you still think about continuing Penis Enlargement at the moment? I think the diagnosis of an experienced urologist should suffice to convince you to suspend all exercises immediately and until the next visit in 6 months. I myself have been laying off all Penis Enlargement since two and a half months because of two irritated veins (or "thrombosed" as they are often called due to a popular misunderstanding). the only thing I keep doing are the kegels. I really miss the jelqing but I no doubt wouldn't risk my penile health just for it. Now, that I've found this thread I'm even a bit scared, that I might've damaged the corpora cavernosa on the left side of my penis as well since there's also a hardened spot. It hurt the last time when I tried jelqing again (that was after one Irritation had vanished and the other softened), I noticed also a dull and quite uncomfortable pain during the exercise and a stronger leftward curve than I had before the last regular sessions in octobre last year.
So this tells me I'm gonna keep all Penis Enlargement suspended for the next months and see how it goes.
What did the urologist tell you to reduce the risk of peyronies? Or did he just advise to let it heal without any external manipulation?

just to add this: how did you come up with inducing increased bloodflow as a cure or a preventive measure to avoid scars? Damage of the corpora cavernosa must have been caused by to high blood pressure for an prolonged duration. So to sum it up again:I wouldn't do anything that your urologist hasn't explicitly advised you to do. Of course: contrary to me your a vet in Penis Enlargement, but to draw that conclusion you just need to listen to your common sense, I'd argue.

The urologist told me there's nothing they can do for peyroinese, and at the end of the whole conversation he told me "i''m not saying you have it i'm just saying you do have scar tissue on the area where I had felt.

Since I had been doing jelqing and BTB jelqing I have had morning erections again in the past two days. It's been 4 months since I have regained the morning erections.

In a doctors or urologists eyes ALL Penis Enlargement is not good ok. He saw all the devices I used and to my understanding he did not want me even messing with them, and yes he may have felt scar tissue there or potentially so. He didn't know or wasn't informed I had done these routines over 12 years now. Plus he cannot advise me to do those routines anyway because of the legal matters involved, potential lawsuits, and potential malpractice issues that come with it.

I have had better sex drive, better erections, and morning wood again since doing the jelqing, BTB jelqing, and kegels.

I have read on here from the user German Stallion that the only way to get rid of peyronise or scar tissue is to jelq look up his posts research research research. When your done research and investigate further. I have also been talking to Bib at Bibhanger.com/forums a lot and he's been guiding me so to speak on this issue. It will all heal and a way to get around the issue is to continue blood flow to the unit so it heals properly and lessons the amount of scar formations.

Your anxious I understand and being anxious isn't going to get you any where but more anxious dude.

Research and do something about it it will heal. You need anymore help or information PM me.

Damage to the corperus canoversa can potentially be caused by too high of pressure, pulling, stretching, ANYTHING. If it's too much the tissue cannot withstand the force and gives way.

HEAT 15 mins Jelqing promotes blood flow and so does BTB jelqing a long with other routines ok. Promoting blood flow strengthens the tissues in the unit AND has the potential possibility to increase the amount of healing properties involved simply because blood flow is getting to the damaged area thereby causing the healing process to take place in an easier fashion.

You never heard if you rub a wound it will leave lesser of a scar? Well this is the same process. Research research research
