I never did anything for my balls than the Testical Health Massage and Stretch found in the Newbie Routine. This allowed my scrotum to hang very heavy and low allowing for my penis to hang much longer.

Hey dld i need your expert advise on my modified routine of yours.
Warmup: Infrared light 250w for about 5 minutes, then bundle stretch for 4 minutes
Stretches: I do one set of the stretches in the routine but i do them for 45 seconds each, this takes me 30 minutes alone so i feel like 3 sets of 30 is just too much (thoughts?)
jelq: 600 jelqs while in front of infrared bulb.
warmdown: Infrared light 250w for about 5 minutes.
Kegels: 100 quick Kegel squeezes, 50 reps of 5 second kegels.

What would you add to this routine? Ive been doing this routine for about a month and ive noticed really nice flaccid gains in length and girth, my erect gains have not been as good as my flaccid gains however, is there something i could do to fix this?

Looking like a good version of the Newbie Routine. Stretching is fine, 30 minutes of stretching is a good amount of time. Your flaccid gains always come before erect so you are right on point. The 2 things I would add are Expressive and Erect Stretching. Expressive will bring length gains from within the body and erect stretches will secure these gains.

You know what, that was first used more than 12 years ago! Heat is always a good thing in PE and there are many ways to cause this. Infrared is one but there are many others like heating pads, rice socks, goat rolls, hot tubs, etc. When I was training every moment I was not working I would use a electric heating pad and this kept my stuff healing and in a constant state of malleability. You never want to go too hot but a good moderate heat is great.

Hey guys need a little help.

I started doing this routine again last week but three days ago after I finished the routine I noticed a little burn just below the glans, I guess from pulling/squeezing to hard.

so three days after and that area is now dry (rough skin), the sting is gone it does not hurt anymore.

What should I do? am I having a eczema?

I got it on both sides below the glans.

Sound like skin irritation and dryness. This is so easily corrected by using Hydrocortisone cream. It is available in every drugstore and will bring immediate relief and within a few days your skin will feel brand new. For preventative maintenance you can apply everyday after training. A pea size amount will be plenty, it really spreads out well.

I went to the drugstore the day after and they recommended "A-Derma Exomega Control Creme" It worked perfectly.

It's without any preservatives.

My penis have been fatigue twice in the last 10 days from only doing newbie routine.
Is it a sign that I'm doing good or maybe I should slow down? because my last fatigue lasted 48 hours. It was unbearable and depressing/worrying.

Yes, the soreness you feel at the base of your penis is a sign that you are using good intensity. If you have fatigue take advantage of it and stretch during these period as there is no better time to stretch the penis than when you are fatigued or in a refractory period. Eventually soreness goes away when the penis becomes accustomed to the exercises. For me the soreness lasted about a month. If you are in too much pain to train I would change up how often you train. Instead of going 7 days on no days off go with every other day, this will help with soreness as you get through the beginning stages. But you sound like you are in the perfect place.

It´s great to know that the soreness at the base will eventually go away, I thought that the soreness was chronic as you keep exercising.

Another question. I use baby powder on my glans and also my hand every time. It's something you mentioned before in another thread and it's great but it's getting too hot here in Denmark. My hands are getting too sweaty and slippery meaning I'm forced to squeeze harder on my glans to hold the grip to complete the repetition which is very painful. The penis look deformed after the second set and the skin is very irritated.

Do you have a solution for this?

I orded a couple of silicone sleeves I hope they can give me a better grip. Fingers crossed.

I bought lengthmaster last year when I first tried PEing, I gave up because of it. I have tried multiple wraps and nothing works, it's more slippery than using your own hands. :(
