I would go anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. I never really count reps, I more go for time.

No, my total time working is 30 minutes. Each set could last anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on hand strength, once 30 minutes is up I am done.
 
Ahh ok thanks for the help. I was asking cause I Can't hold it more than like 5 seconds without getting tires :p

I-ve done it again and for me the best is to make that slight variation... I do the DLJ all the way but instead of grabing at the base and pull I grab it just about 0.5 inches from the base and then pull. It rocks.
 
DLD this is a lot like what I was doing with my lig stretches. The only difference is that I would use a lower grip.

Try an underhanded grip so your thumb and fingers make a U then grab your shaft behind your balls and bring your hand out so your balls are hanging over your hand.

I would also put my grip below and inside my ligs if this makes sense. It means your thumb and forefinger come together but can't touch because the skin between your ligs and shaft are pinched between them.

With this deeper grip you get more pull on the ligs. I used to walk around with the most painful ligs after these, but I always had a self satisfied smirk to go with it. he he

I am going to have to add the upper hand grip you came up with. I expect I will notice good results.

I think you definitely did get this right D! It's just the grip that's frustrating. When I pull all the skin towards the head, you're left with a handful of thick base, balls, pubes etc. (even if you shave) and it's just tough with a regular ok or a reverse to get at those ligs without slipping down the shaft. It's frustrating because for the brief time that I can get a good grip, the stretch is unreal. Wish we could come up with a better grip method for this.

Yeah, the pubic hair can be a bitch, especially as you gain with this exercise as the hair will creep up the shaft faster than with other stretches.
 
DLD would you say this is your MOST powerful lig exercise? is it better then your "Footlong Stretches?"
 
Footlong's are one of my best stretches I have created. Right up there with DLD Blasters and Sock Stretches.

I would say yes as we are working with internal penis. The DLS directly pulls this from the body in a similar manner to the Bathmate Hardcore Stretches. A PowerAssist or LengthMaster can also serve that function using the circle portion of the equipment, if you check out the Expressive Stretching thread you will see the various forms of Expressive gains.
 
So the hand on your head goes down and outward, while the hand at your absolute base is completely stationary? Or does the base hand go down and outward too?

No so much a movement with the bottom hand then keeping steady pressure against the upper hand, make sense?
