I want both girth and length but I want more girth. I have found bases on 2 months trial that phallosan has something to offer. Other things I have used so far brought no results not even clamping.

Clamping you should never do, it's to risky.
But Phallosan forte is just to keep your penis elongated. You can see it as an all day stretcher (ADS), that is: Keeping your elongated state after stretching for longer.

If you want to grow faster I highly recommend you to do manual bundled stretches.

How many inches have you got and in what time frame? Phallosan claims that it gives 0.8 in girth in 6 months.
 
Astonishing progress I can't believe it.
The question is that, those remarkable results can be made in girth? Putting just 1 inch in girth in 12 months is not something commendable in my opinion ... there must be another faster way

If bundled stretches and water pumping is better than just dry pumping I would like to know.
Also I am certain dld said 5x5x5 is better than 5x5x3.
So I am doing this routine.

5x5x5 (dry pumping for now) and 2 hours cockring
The thing is I am not see not even temporary expansion lol (imagine i am pumping at 13hg)

I think you are overcomplicating things.
You need only this program for girthwork (see below).
You can do bundled rotations before girthwork, if you want to. But I'm not doing that.
Make sure your tissue is warm before and during your girth session, then you only do this program.

Not always true, it has to do with how effective your penis enlargement are as well.

I only did 20, 40 to 1 hour of stretches (per day) to take me from 5 Inch bpel to + 8 Inch bpel.

Yes I saw your body you are healthy and maybe this matters compared to me whereas I am obsesse and pre diabetic which it somehow complicates things I guess
