So many exercises I have created have been buried in the archives. Soon we will have everything organized and in one place. We are on the videos now and from there we will start resurrecting old exercise and routine threads giving them a permanent place on the forum with their videos, respectively.

Hahaha. I'm pretty sure we can invent something like that :) I was thinking maybe we can use cable machines. You know how cable machines have weights attached, so why not use the cable part and apply it to your penis somehow and walk backwards facing the cable machine while putting a weight on. This way it pulls on your dick using the weight you adjusted? It's like hanging except straight or whatever direction your cable is pulling.

Iva been doing the foot long stretches for the last 10 days n "allowed" me to realize how possible is to get real tangible gains whit the exercise is a powerful n being cautious is important here.

im going to continue whit that exercise until dec 31st n see what i get, what do you guys think about my idea..besides i added the erect stretches too..correct me if im wrong but the average period of time before changing to a new routine or exercise is 3 months.(sides i can only spend about an hour or an hour an half everyday)

The reason why you don't see gains is because you are always setting very short term goals everytime. You have been doing this for more than 10 years. Change your mind set.

Another thing that is stopping you from gaining is excessive masturbation. It makes you give up on PE most times and you also take too many off days.
