Hi every one im new to MOS but i bin peing for awhile now. I was just wondering can i gain more an have better gains if i just keep my routine simple. My routine now is to stretch all directions 15times,then wet jelq 600x, Uli stretch 10x, Uli squeeze 3x, Horizontal jelq 50rep, and testical massage. I love working out but at times i wonder if im doing to much i feel sore at times? I was wondering if i just kept the stretches, jelqs an testical massage will i still have great gains in length girth & glans. Im scared to let the uli's go cause i would like to keep my dick thick & get it thicker & i want a big snake head! Plz help fello pe'ers.
