Nobody can predict what you will gain no matter the technique or device. They are lying if they promise a predicted amount of gain.

so u think at least a year to 2 years I'll.be 9 inch bp with hanger

Too many variables to really say......and not saying it's impossible........but, that would be a really high expectation! After a point, the gains start coming slower, as require more effort......all I can say, is get ready to work your ass off!!!

I can only give my own experience as far as speed of gains but everyone will be different. Some of the reasons men gain at different speeds are intensity, proper healing, progressive training, proper form, and many other factors. If all men did all things exactly the same there would be some uniformity to growth, but this will never be the case. I gained 2" in length and 1/2" in girth in 6 months. I trained upwards of 6 hours a day, mostly manual and eventually with tools.

If you get a hanger make sure you do your research on proper wrapping technique. Once you get that down hanging is simple.

Every hanger will cause the same issues, without a good wrapping technique you will be in pain.

Length does not get easier, it become more difficult as we gain as the penis will become accustomed to any one routine, exercise or tool from time to time. This does not mean your gains are over, it means you need to change strategies. First, can you go more intense on what you are currently doing? If yes, that is the first place to make a change and turn up the intensity. If intensity is at it's maximum then it would be time to change the exercise or the entire routine. What is you exact routine right now, exercises, tools, times, breaks, etc.?

Impressive gains. How long were you hanging for and how many pounds did you hang so far?
