Hard bump on my shaft

I've been doing PE for a while now, I very consistently do manual stretches as well as everyday bathmate usage, and recently the phallosan forte extender. I had this issue years ago and I think I used a needle to puncture the bump and relieve the pressure, but I can't remember. Just wanted to check and see what you would recommend on what this might be and how to treat it before I start poking needles.

I've had it for close to a month now and it hasn't been going away. For a few weeks it didn't swell up alot. But as of the last few days after I pump the bump gets big and really hard (minorly painful to the touch). I can go about my business as normal with my PE routine and pumping, however I don't like having the bump there and as of late I have been sexually active and I don't like the thought of a woman feeling the bump. Just want to treat it asap.

Could be thrombosis which is a hardened vein. If this is the case daily heat and time off are the best therapy. Could take 3 weeks to heal.

I thought as much. It does looks like thrombosis. When it happened to me, I just took some time off PE.

Ya thrombosis is what I think happened years ago as well. Time for the heating pad again. Thanks DLD
