head pain when stretching again

Hi guys,

I stoped stretching for a few months and shited to girth work.. now im going back for another .25" in length... though i stretched last night, though just then when i tried to stretch im still sore.. i remember when i could strech for 30 mins withough pain, now im sore straight away,

anythoughts ( i stretch from just under the glans and I am un-cut)

I goto go and watch starwars now, though when i comebak i shall apply some good 'force' to my saber.

Okay, as for the topic you could always stretch from midshaft or close to the base even. I am doing that as of now, b/c of of t-vein issues and I'm seeing gaines. If you are just looking for .25" I'm sure you could get it from there.

ive tried that (stretching from the midshaft.thebase), though from the look of it when i stretch that way, it seems my skin is what is being pulled/stretched...

My glans are getting better now, not as sore, plus as i hadent stretched in a while i probably wasnt used to the lil pain that you do get when stretching.. and my technique would have been rusty, but i guess its like riding a bike, after a few mins back on the bike it all comes back to u.

ill try stretching from the midshaft again and let you all know what i find to be a better strech
