How do you make room for PE in your busy life?

How do you balance PE with your busy work/school life.. as well as with your sex life? Just curious. I also notice sometimes I've put my dick through such a good workout that I can't get it up for sex that day.. That sucks. Maybe I should get me some viagra like the lot of youLOL
 
It is all a challenge.
I have to wake up earlier and go to sleep later to get workouts in.
As for the sex part... this totally fecked me up, just like you are experiencing.
What I had to do is schedule sex and then back off or rest the day before.

This has actually worked really well but was a bit of a challenge initially.
 
First of all, welcome to MOS amc. I would have to agree with Mike, it is a challenge but I manage to make the time to do my workouts as it is something I want to do. As for myself, I try to get in a BM session during my morning shower and then use the PF to stretch during the day. I try to get in my 3 set BM session in the late evening after the house has calmed down a bit. It usually means I am up a little later than I would want to be but I can say that the reward has been worth it
 
Welcome to the Brotherhood! I am glad you are seeing that you need to carve out time and make a commitment. So many come without realizing that PE does take a fair amount of time each day. What you’re experiencing is fatigue and that usually happens in the beginning but eventually it will fade. It may come on later if you take on heavier more intense exercise but for the first month or so he will feel soreness. If it’s interfering with your wife I suggest creating a routine that gives you time off that’s consistent with the fatigue you are experiencing. Maybe go every other day for now until you become accustomed to things. You will find great direction on healing and gaining in SRT so please read through that thread. I also suggest you look through the Newbie Routine, a great place to build your foundation. I would create a progress and routine ASAP, this will be a big help in scheduling time and planning exercise. Progress threads also help us help you stay on point. They’ll give you a good map to how well you are gaining and what exercises are most effective. You can put your starting sizes and you can put your goal sizes. You can create a routine and let us go through it and help you make it as effective as possible.

I’d suggest that you do your girth work prior to sex, and length work after sex, your dick will be tired after sex and that is the ideal environment to stretch in!

Vitamin V and C (Viagra and Cialis) are readily available online and are magical! I always have an emergency blue-pill handy in the event that I stumble into an opportunity, and I take a 25mg of Cialis when I know sexual activity is imminent...they turn a normal/healthy guy into 'Super-Boner', lol

I think this is the way. Stick to my routine, and when sex is on the horizon, have a vitamin handy. Now to find a legitimate and reputable seller online..

Have you tried Levitra? I have cialis and levitra and I dont get as hard as I would like. Have taken 5mg cialis and 5mg levitra as highest dose.

I heard Viagra gives the hardest erection.

It's not so much about Time Management as it is To-Do Management. We do most towards what is a priority for ourselves; welcome, and appreciate the discipline that is taken to experience the results of PE gains...

Truth!

One thing that you will gain here is discipline and discipline is vital to progress. When thinking where we’re going to fit PE into our day we need to realize the value of that time and what it is doing for you. The time you spend in PE is the time that you’re making your cock bigger, how much inspiration do you need? So when discipline and motivation come together your schedule will be inspired and your PE will take prominence over most other things in your life. The man that wants to increase his penis size needs to understand that it’s not an overnight journey, it’s a lifetime practice. The sooner you settle in and get comfortable the sooner you’ll see gains.
 
I let the wife in on my journey from the jump. She didn’t know what or how I did it, but just knew I did it. The first 3 months were 30-45 baths. Basic newbie stuff and maybe a short pump session with my wife watching in amazement. My 4th month I tried hanging. Too much of a time suck for me. Hanging out in the upstairs bath for 3 X 20min sessions got old and tiresome. I think it helped though. 5th and 6th month, random stretching after warming with a rice sock. I saw good gains with all of these methods. I now just do stretches on the couch while watching TV, usually for hours at a time in 10-30 minute stretches. Just gotta be on my toes if someone comes in.
 
I do the 'between the cheeks' tuck 'n' tilt, where I trap my johnson between my thighs and then tilt my pelvis to create tension. I probably do this without noticing while lazing on the couch...a good passive/aggressive stretch :)

It depends on what you re referring to as a good workout. If you have a length master, try to sneak in at least 20mins of PE and also stay elongated by wrapping the penis with an ace bandage or wear a sleeve. You don't need to take Viagra for sex, instead marry Kegels and reverse kegels.
