just keep doing them powers..eventually it will convert over..it's tough to say how long it will take but you know if it can expand to that size then it can be permantently done in time..good luck
Lately, I have been doing SSJ a 2 or 3 times per week....and I do them clamped for three, 10 minute sets. I get great expansion, often around 1/2" in expanded girth. Now, if I could just somehow figure out how to make this post workout girth turn into cemented, permanent girth?
I do long girth routines anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on the way I feel. Or if Im up to going a long time. I dont fell as I can do them daily and would like to just have a jelqing only session the day in between for a hour or two. Has anyone tried to jelq alone for a length of time? Gains?
It seems that most people on here stick to a 2 hour ceiling when it comes to time. Has any tried to test themselves and go as long as they can at least 3 hours or more?
