Basic information I am very sick.

I want everything to be better and okay for you. I'm far away from you, but I do my best to spread (+)
positive energy to you.

Eggs are filled with healthy stuff for our body. I
believe they will help you recover.

If you can: Remove all pressure from yourself. I know that can be hard.
- You probably know all about "pressure", but hearing it from someone else may help one let go fully.
We will take care of MOS in the meantime.
Focus on getting healthy again.

This is a crazy suggestion.
- Can MOSRED do anything to help your body recover?
I was thinking this because of the multiple benefits it has showed in studies and real life (better sleep, faster healing time, collagen production...and more).

The suggestion I have: Is that you sit really close to MOSRED on the bed/or the floor, use the stand that is included.
Lean against a wall and use pillows to support your back. Then you take the stand and put MOSRED between your legs with your legs spread out. Also use the googles to protect your eyes. Start with 15 min x 2 /day.

Yes eggs I mentioned earlier . My friend who is health practitioner told me when you have digestive issues you get on a diet of foods that a baby can eat . Heres a list I pulled off the internet

Pureed vegetables (peas, squash)
Pureed fruit (apples, bananas, peaches)
Pureed meat (chicken, pork, beef)
Semi-liquid, iron-fortified cereal (avoid rice cereal; instead choose a cereal made with oats or barley)

She said gluten free oatmeal and potatoes are good . Surprisingly 3/4 cup of oatmeal has 18 grams of protein . And potatoes have vitamin C , potassium and some protein .

You could use a blender to chop everything up . Thats how I do a vegetable fruit drink everyday . Throw it all in a blender so its easier to digest .
