HI guys, i am new to Penis Enlargement, i want to increase my length by an inch and girth by half an inch. Any ideas on what should i start with
 
Start with manual exercises. They're described all over this website. You'll find plenty of beginner info here.

Doing manual Penis Enlargement for ~6 months
I am uncut
But i am able to buy an equipment for now.
I start at 5' in length and 4.5' in girth
Please suggest what exercises should i start with.

what about if u are a newbie and u start pe with hanging is that ok ore sould u start doing somthing else ?

isnt squas jelks very dificoult exercise, you have to be rock hard the hole time
 
No its not hard to do. As long as you get expansion from the squeeze you do not need to be 100% hard. Its the pressure that determines the expansion and you wont be able to stay 100% the whole time anyways. Just like everything you try, you have to get used to it before you start making assumptions. Try it to feel it first then give your opinion on it. Thanks.
 
Hey ilovemydick, if you dont feel right doing just hanging, add a day of just manuals and then a day of just hanging. You have alot of choices on what you can do and where you can start. Try whatever until you feel comfortable and move on from there. Your world. Thanks.

Buy the mos dvd, cuts out all the guess work and you get 5 routines. Also buy a Bathmate, it really works.

As I recall I gained around an inch in 6 months by only doing lig stretches. This was before I even knew there was a Penis Enlargement community. I had been doing yoga and was impressed with my ligs stretching everywhere else. I also was doing research on the web and kept reading about lig surgery for length. So the main thing to understand is that you are gripping so that you fingertips are connecting with tissue between them. the Ligs actually end up outside or above the grip. This way as you pull down you are literally using the shaft to pull down the ligs.

Ease into it slowly. Fast moves mean pain and injury in Pe. Do this for a bit every morning. it doesn't take that long to do even :30 secs a day is good. you'll get a massive shaft expansion that doesn't go away. And if you like to bone the missus in the morning she'll notice it when you first slide into her. It really makes a difference.

I also do squash jelks while standing in a door way and put the back of my hand on the door jamb while leaning into it. It does wonders too.

It's a palm up grip on the shaft. I usually grab behind my balls so my balls spill out of my hand on the front. I should make pictures but i'm shy about posting my dick online.

Basically your fingers are like a letter U grab everything from below close your grip with the skin on top of your dick between your fingers and pull down. Best done with a full erection BTW. Soft won't do anything.
