Hi new to forum,
I have been doing PE for a few months now
Just manual stretching and jels.
Last week while looking on the internet I found a clip for the reverse jel… that’s how I found this forum.
My left testical was aching , this morning I seen that from my left test to the bottom of my shaft was swollen from the reverse held guessing using too much pressure? I was only holding for ten seconds instead of the 30-60 seconds mentioned .
Would rest , monitor be advised or go the the GP

What is your full routine?
 
In the morning shower
I would just do manual stretching… so straight out hands moving away from each other and holding for 10 seconds… I will do top middle bottom of shaft 3 times over
Than it was the normal Jels from bottom to top for 10 minutes, 3 seconds from bottom to top
A few days ago I added the reverse like the you tube clip
I would do them 3 times for 10-15 seconds…
 
I suggest you take a 2 day break and then start with the newbie routine


You can limit sets and time for your comfort.
 
Just a quick update for newbie and myself…so still had pain in the left test, I’ve since seen the doctor today as the inflammation has not subsided.
Need some antibiotics and need to do an ultrasound to double check.
Trap for new player , I didn’t think I was going hard at all that the reverse jeq .
Lesson learnt
