Hi, I don't live in USA. Sorry for me speaking rubbish English.
I am new to this Penis Enlargement staff. Don't believe really but got no choice so here we go. I am ready to go for 6-8 months, nothing to lose.
I must say that my day routine will not allow me to do any Jelqs and hand stretching exercises. For my only option would be some kind of equipment. I could use it all day for 8-9 h for as long as possible. Could you please tell me what sort of staff should I use? There is so many available out there. What gains should I expected using this kind of Penis Enlargement techniques regularly 6d a week for say 6 months?
I am 30 year old.
My start size is 5.5 inch when erected and little above 2 inches in rest.
Penis is bend little downwards.
Maybe use of some sort of tablets could make my gains better?
I am amateur body builder and use steroids from time to time. Currently i am on Metandienone and testosterone Enanthante, both already kicked in. Can I use them while I use Penis Enlargement equipment? Will it affect my gains?

Hi thanks for advice. apparently I can't do any hand stretching like I wrote. So my question was: what kind of expander should I use, and for how long to achieve any results.
 
is it better than phallosan?
OK, so what about that: DLD every day (is it any good?) and after couple of months of visible gains (if any) phallosan or fastsize to use at work for about 8h.
How much time will I need to spend every day for excercises ?
 
I think starting out with the NEWBIE ROUTINE will get you off on the right path. If you're starting out, just do 1 set of all of the stretches for the first week, then 2 the next week and up to 3 for the following week for the rest of the time. This will help your member get used to the tugging and prevent you from over training and injury early on. Remember to ease into the stretches by slowly increasing to a manageable tension. I got overzealous my first time I started and got a blood blister. No worries, there is no rush man. You'll get the gains soon enough

It depends. Some people are growers as in they gain quicker than others. Others have hard times breaking through plateaus. Some don't gain for a while. Usually everyone gets some initial gains of between 1/4 or 1/2 but you have to pace yourself; don't push yourself too hard right out of the starting gates. You can't run a marathon or expect to run one when you've only started training.

That said here's what I recommend:
Just start with the basics in the Newbie routine. Keep up with it and stay consistent.
Set some goals for length and girth (read the sticky about how to measure.
Start a Journal on here. Don't be bashful, we don't bite!
Search the forum, Ask questions. Get some knowledge by picking the Penis Enlargement gurus brains like DLD and Red.

Remember: You will gain if you remained focused. We can all help you if you need to stay focused also. There are so many major players in the Penis Enlargement business on this forum its unreal. You will find out a lot, just ask and ye shall receive!

Very doable and I suggest you use the FastSize in addition to speed your gains.
 
Ok then. I will get my full membership some time next week (MOS lifetime membership + DVD + pills I think) . Do I need Power Assist at this stage? Next month I will try to get the fastsize too.
