The video I was posting was a newbie routine. You should advance to bundle stretches as fast as possible. Broomstick is the right name for it. 😊Haha yeah broomstick..same way you do on the video you posted.. but I am doing them bundled.
Try holding each stretch for 1 minute each. You will see faster gains with longer stretches.
Awesomeness. You are soon at 8 inches bpel. 👌but I am now 7"BPEL
And just over 6"NBPEL.. didn't realise I had 1" of fat pad either LOL but I'm at around 15-20% bodyfat..getting between 10-15% body fat and staying there is a difficult task..
So I now must aim for 8"BPEL to achieve 7"NBPEL..
