Hey guys, please help me with this
I need some advice from all of you, experienced users.
I bought an sizegenetics extender pro package with a penishealth Penis Enlargement excersices.
I started my first newbie routine on 24.1.13 and I'm about to increase some tensity on extender, does it matter if i just hop from 600 grams to 900 in one day?
Also I've added Penis Enlargement into my routine, currently it looks like this:
The Wake up Cloth 15 Min
Wet Jelqing (3 second strokes) 15min.
V-Jelqing (3 second strokes) 5min.
Ulis 3 x 45 sec. (Erct ps hold)
SizeGenitics Stretching 8Hrs
Wet Jelqs 15min
Stretches 5 x 4 every direction 30 sec stretches
Cranks 3 x 2min. (360dg stretch)
100 quick pc squeezes while stretching.
One 20 second hard pc squeeze while stretching.
DLD blasters (5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. x 50))
Edging as long as possible
500 PC Flex (through the day)
Any thoughts on my routine? Can you suggest anything? What should i remove, or what should i leave, is my routine good or bad?
