Does anyone know if a comfort strap style is better than the noose style. I am interested in buying the Fastsize extender but I've read how uncomfortable the noose is. Would a strap be the way to go like the X4 Labs or the SizeGenetics extender?

I only own the noose style (Fastsize) but I've read that the strap style has the same issues as the noose, such as loss of circulation and slippage. I think that in order to grasp tight enough to allow tension, these problems are present regardless of extender type, but there are ways to cope with them. Other than these issues that are unavoidable in any extender, there are two issues I've found with the Fastsize specifically that I think could be addressed by altering the design slightly. I've seen an extender that allows you to attach the head piece securely, then connect it to the rods, as oppposed to trying to stretch the penis and attach the head piece while holding the penis stretched at the same time. This makes it difficult to attach, and it would be a relatively easy fix for Fastsize. The other issue with Fastsize is the fact that the noose itself has a tendancy to slip and loosen from the head piece, which leads to a loss of stretch and allows the head of the penis to slip out of the noose. I use some clear tape on the top and bottom of the noose to keep this from happening, but I think this could also be addressed relatively easily by modifying the design of the Fastsize. I hope this helps.

It is widely accepted that the head attachments, whether noose or strap, are uncomfortable. It has also become widely accepted by users that modifications are necessary to comfort and resistance used. There are many modifications in wrapping that will solve this problem.

As I mentioned in another thread, I wrap the noose in an unrolled gauze pad, about 2-3" worth. That allows me to wear just the noose, and get good traction. I don't have slippage problems or circulation problems this way. Also, I apply heat while I'm stretching periodically, which helps with circulation, and in my opinion, improves the stretch. At the very least, applying heat periodically keeps your ligaments from getting cold and restricting your stretch.

Good advice Tom, thanks.

I actually decided to go with the Fastsize extender and it is great. I found out it is definitely all about the wrap as far as comfort goes. I use Ace Sports Underwrap with regular Ace wrap on top of that and have no slippage and it is very comfortable. My erect length is 13 cm and I currently have it stretched at 13 cm on the extender. Are you generally supposed to stretch at your erect length? I can't stretch past my erect length manually so that is the best I can so.

Stretch as far as you can while still being comfortable. The loger the stretch the longer the dick:)

When dealing with extenders, I think it is better to talk about shaft length then the entire penis.
You will have to stretch longer than your bone pressed erect shaft length.
The more the better, but don't let it affect your comfort in the extender.

that is a good thought. I was measuring with it on and I was getting 7 inches plus a 1/16 or so, I am erect 7 2/16 so I thought I wasnt doing much but I failed to realize my erect length includes my head and it is tiny in the extender. I measured it erect and it is well over an inch in length so in theory, I am stretching my shaft well over one inch past the erect length. Is this right or anyone have thoughts, I think this is right.

For me it is the same, BPFSL is 1" longer than BPenis EnlargementL. You are the 4th member that is in line with the theory.
Sorry to go off topic, link to BPenis EnlargementL and BPFSL data. Just check it out and post your data. Could help some of us!
