I love this thing! I use to feel a good amount of pressure on my glans with an increase in fluid retention. I pumped today with the silicap, and when I took it off before putting my silisleev on - I’ve never been more in awe of my own dick. It’s shape was perfect and it was perfectly thick!

From your post it sounded like you were using the ball modification. Basically what it is is a stress ball that you would put into your pump to take up all the negative space. For some men that need a longer tube because of girth the ball takes up that negative space to give better vacuum.
