Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

can't hurt, and as you can't SSJ effectively it's the next best thing. I don't know how safe it is, as I've obly just started doing it, but you could try pumping with a ring (BM and 2x close 2 you rings - essentially cheap wide soft generic silicone rings, but they seem pretty robust). You get to max much quicker qnd you stay up out of the pump. Might help with SSJ, just keep kegeling whilst you do them.DLD, I have to know, will jelqs help with my bathmate routine? Will it help me in gaining girth?
And only if it does, how many minutes of jelqing before using the bathmate?
