Penis head: Loss of sensitivity

Hello, it's been a while.

So recently, after putting my PeniMaster Pro aside, with which i gained around 0.8 cm.. I'm 16 cm now (6,3 inches).. I started a new routine with compression hanging (15 min sets - 2/3 min between sets), and an All day stretcher (vaccum + strap to the leg).

Ok, i noticed a loss of sensitivity on top of the gland (the head) - My hanging session was 5 hours ago.

Is that normal? I must say my gland turns kind of blue, dark pink, at the end of each sets. That must be due to the blood flow restriction.

I'm several hours past my hanging session, and i stil fill this kind of partial in-sensitivity.

My EQ is fine. I have no blisters.

I feel hanging is the way to go. I just hope i'm not tightening the compression hanger too much. Actually i don't feel any pain anyway.

Any thought on that?

That’s completely normal after a hanging session so I would not be too worried about it. Anytime we compress our penis it is going to darken and lose a bit of sensation. This is completely temporary and will go back to normal within 24 hours. I recommend that you go no longer than one hour compressed to be the safest. At that point you can takeoff your hanger and massage bloodflow back and do another session.

I take it off After 15min, massage a little and put it back for another 15min... As i've been told compression hanging can be dangerous After 20min compressed.

But at the same Time, in rescue we learn that an arm or a leg could still survive After 2 to 3 hours of blood flow restriction.

I Guess i'm gonna slowly increase my Time under compression. My penis is my main arm ?

Did you squeeze blood out of head before clamping hanger?

This morning i felt like sensitivity increased in the head. So, like it had been said early, this seems totally normal.

Are you hanging? If so, how long per set? Do you mind sharing your daily/weekly routine?

If this is a little bit like weight lifting, maybe hanging every single day is not necessary. And 2 days or rest per week with only ADS or little manual exercices could be more productive.. I'm just thinking.

Yea midweek I do 20mins a session and twice a day, at weekends I move up to 3 x 20 min sessions, each session has at least 2hrs apart.

Currently using the hanger device (male) and hanging around 11lbs

Thank you. Are you also using any ADS or just hanging?

Also, is that a matter of personal schedule? I mean 20min sessions with 2 hours between. Or is it because of the intensity?

11 lbs, that's 5kg.

Between 02pm and 03:20pm i did 4 x 15min straight sets with 5,5 lbs. And i'm thinking at adding 4x15min also in the evening...

But i like your routine. It seems more maintainable in the long run.
 
Tbh the time is just because of stuff I need to do inbetween.

I feel that when hanging an Ads ain't gonna do much so waste of time for the force they generate, I do lots of intense manuals still before and after which I like to help warm up ready for an hang.


Your times look very good and seems you have more time than me lol, if you can keep that going you will do well, you will find some fast gains if a total newbie to PE but of like me it make take longer as the penis has already had its initial stretch

They say minimum a day you should aim for is 1hr however I'd struggle midweek to get that done.

Other aspect is do a steady increase in weight, don't go too fast and increase constantly,

that was my original recommendation because I never went more than 20 minutes myself but as feedback came in it seems that most men could go for up to an hour with no negative issues. In the amount of time really makes no difference if it’s one straight hour or 3 twenty minute sets.

I think little détails matters. And anything that makes it more convenient, equals more gain faster and an easier routine.

1 set of 1h = 1h of Time under tension in 1h.

When someone removes the hanger, this is 30 seconds... Massaging is 30 seconds... putting it back.. you end up with 2 to 5 min .. and a total session of 1h20 for 1h of TUT... At the end of the week that's 2h of time wasted in removing and putting some device on the penis..

Your 1h set is way better.

Personally I'd recommend not going above 20misn sessions, if you then take 5 mins off then on again maybe get away with it but anything longer than 20mins you putting yourself at risk in my books

You're right safety is the number one priority.

This is the kind of thing where you can't go back when you've lost something. Some nerves for instance.

Maybe i'll try someday to slowly increase and see how it goes. But right now i'll stick to the 15-20min set.

But I need the very best hanger in the market, I don't want to make any mistake. Please I will appreciate your suggestions.

That sounds great. I can’t believe you didn’t know that the lengthmaster was a hanger maybe I should make that more obvious on the buying page. Set up a very organized routine and start a new progress thread from scratch and let’s see where we get from there
