I thought it might be interesting to have a thread where everyone recommends their favorite exercises.

For Length
Bundled Stretches of any kind, tunica shredder
Fulcrum stretches, because fulcrums run the earth
The __________ stretch in all directions, because both of the above
Heating pad extending, because expansion while tension
Pressing ligs during any stretch, because a little extra lig tension can go a "long" way

For Girth
Bathmate, tunica pressure
Edging with a ring, more tunica pressure
Freak Slammers, because a modular slammer can do it all
Loose ring all day for SRT, because it keeps a plump pumped ding dong all day

For Newbies
The newbie routine, because it is usually effective and is tried and true

What would you recommend?

Exactly how do you do __________ stretches in all directions?

Bundles are a very powerful stretching style that many guys overlook. With the penis bundled it can increase stretch intensity by 200%+

A bundled stretch is where you twist your dick around like you're wringing out a towel. Even if you can only do a half turn it definitely makes a huge impact.

The way I do fulcrums is by using a whole hand grip on the top half of my dick as described in the __________ stretch thread. It's basically just making a pressure point in and a lever you can use to really decimate the ligaments.

Combined they are the __________ stretch, and when done in all directions they really are a versatile monster. I am also doing fulcrums unbundled while pressing the ligaments. For instance, when I pull down I press above, when I pull right I press to the left. It's a different feeling but it is very intense.

The duration of each direction and number of reps is entirely up to the user, but I do 6 sets of each, straight, up, down, left, right, for 15 seconds. I do that 4 times a day. So 48 stretches in each direction, which is overkil, but leaves me sore how I figure I should be.

I'd say try wrapping or, better yet, an ads for the SRT part of it. At night I'm experimenting with a little between the legs hold I can use for at least a few hours before I involuntarily move when I'm sleeping, and the lazy ass stretch otherwise. Pe is very much you get what you give, so I figure give it all I've got.

This is all very confusing to me, we basically need more visuals because we have people that are visual learners. I've seen very helpful videos but for many ecercises described on this website there are no video demonstrations and on other sites theres only a limited amount

Anything with a LM.
SSJ
The classic basic stretch is king. Let's not forget that's where most of our initial gains would come from.

Personally, I don't feel many exotic and advanced stretchings. I think if you can make the basics intense enough, there is not a need for crazy things. Perhaps only when plateus as met is the time for advance techniques?

Does a membership come with the purchase of a phallosan like it does with the bathmate?

I think the point of getting into more advanced stretches is efficiency for your effort. Directional stretches are great. Directional fulcrums even better. Directional fulcrums with a lig press or bundled? DY-NO-MITE!

Like the classic jelq vs the ssj. It's evolution baby.

I suppose you are correct. Although, I do a lig press with all stretches, so I guess I'm doing more than just the basics as well.

That really is a killer little mod for lig work. I really like it when I can hit it just right on downward stretches.
