Ok, so here it goes... I've had issues with this damn thing doing on 10 years now. I've gone on massive extended break, some lasting upwards of 2 years at a time... and NOTHING has changed the strength of this damn thing. I've been at this for 15 years now off and on, made most of my gains the first 1.5 years.
After which my problem began, clamping was what i believe caused it initially, and then some later stage heavy hanging, as i thought maybe heavy hanging would override the tightening mechanism. Needless to say ive done noting but literally develop a steel bar/cord like resistance to stretching.
Ive tried everything, including tracking each workout session... I havent gotten so much as 1/8 of length expansion after a long stretch session...
This is a huge issue, and one i believe should be taken more seriously in PE community.
I dont even know where to start, but this is very frustrating, so if anyone know whats to do, please write it down here... Thanks!
