I use them only for my vac extender, but this one is pretty good quality, 6 inches long. Enough for ADS. I don't have that much experience with them. All the ones I had before were still from the same company I bought my extender 9 years ago (monkey bar)

With your BPSFL being so much longer, does it work for you to have an ADS that's only 6? I'm not sure on the recommendations of using a silicone sleeve ADS so my newbie mind was thinking that you would want something close to your BPSFL.

To be honest, I don't do ADS. Now that Im starting a new routine, I just use my extender the whole time while outside. Extremely hard to conceal, but I found a way.
If I went to do ADS, as you mention yes, this sleeve will probably be short for me. I don't think you need to get one exactly your length, but at least close. One of the reasons why I don't do ADS is because my flaccid is big already. It hangs at around 7 inches and only grows a couple inches when erect. So I pretty much already achieved all those flaccid gains. Thats why my whole effort now is to gain erected size.
Thanks, that makes so much sense. Hopefully I'll find an ADS solution while I'm waiting on MOS. I'd like to work on some flaccid length and I think a sleeve would be a great alternative to the UJW for recovery post length exercises too.
