I did a quick test last night, around 3mins at 5hg and Holy hell did I get a huge hang from it. I can't wait to put in the work during a full girth session.

Can't wait until you slowly work yourself up to 10inHg. You'll be going, "Woah..what happened? This is black magic!"

Trying it out, when I got to 5hg I was measuring at 6.5" length and when I came out of the pump my base girth was around 5.25" I already was like "this is unreal, where has this been all my life?" Haha

@squirt_inducer_man I noticed in other threads you mention Downward jelqs to help with fluid retention. Does that mean jelqing from glans to base or just angling your penis down and jelqing like that?
 
Understood. I'm curious how the downward jelqs help eliminate the fluid retention.

About fluid retention
Fluid regularly leaks into body tissues from the blood. The lymphatic system is a network of tubes throughout the body that drains this fluid (called lymph) from tissues and empties it back into the bloodstream. Fluid retention (oedema) occurs when the fluid isn't removed from the tissues.

Thank you so much for teaching me something new! I can't wait to jump into pumping now. I've done a couple quick sessions to get a feel for it, but now I think I'm ready to get consistent.

I do have one more quick question though - if I pump at night, will that affect stretching in the morning, since temp gains can last up to 24hrs?

I know what you're saying, I felt a little depressed this morning, but after my girth session, even when my water trap imploded I'm very happy. 😂

For me this is an issue.
I have problems doing that. Becouse my temporary expansion also last a really long time (24 hours).

This is the reason I went with length work first and then later/now girth work. I tried doing both at the same time, but I pretty soon realized my tissue could not handle it.

I had to much temporary expansion once when attaching into the chamber of LengthMaster 3. I was stupid enough to go immediately from the pump to the Lengthmaster 3. I got blister from that.

Always do girthwork after length work, and not the other way around.
Try splitting them up many hours from each other, and see if that will work. But as I said, for me it did not work. Maybe if not using LengthMaster 3 it's easier to incorporate length work, and girth work simultaneously? 🤔

Maybe not the answer you where looking for, but I hope it helps you to optimize your sessions/programming your penis for growth.

That does help, thank you. I had originally planned to do lengthmaster in the AM and pump in the PM but even after a quick session with my pump, my penis is still quite expanded and made it difficult to do my warmup in the shower. I think I'm going to have to alternate days or maybe just keep focusing on length first before getting into a pumping routine.

If you would focus on going hard with LengthMaster 3 for 1 year and maximize your bundled stretches, I'm confident that you will see some girth/width increase as well. I saw that personally.

Many brothers have reported that from using LengthMaster 3 as well, including @hugh-girth, and he have been coaching many brothers as well (hugh-girth's coaching service).

Maybe he can chime in and confirm this for you (he will see this message).

But in short when you progress into expressive stretches (attachment at the base) with 5 minutes holds, you will with time experience alot of gith/width growth from that.
