So I get to about 80-90 percent erect (if I go any more my penis is too hard for it to work) and do the exercise but within a minute my erection dies down and it feels like I’m not getting as much work done as I want. My question is it supposed to lose erection and you just continue with it for how long the exercise is or once it dies down get back to 80-90 percent do it until it dies down again and that’s a set. Thanks
 
thats normal so at this time your max time is 1 minute which is ok as you progress you will find that you can go longer it does not take away the effectiveness of the exercise by doing shorter time just keep getting an erection when it subsides as with any thing in pe patience is key best of luck
 
I find that jelqing in between SSJ reps helps to keep yourself full of blood.
 
Are you using the 5×5×3 work out?
 
Thanks for responses. And yes to the 5 x 5 x 3....so what do I do if if after a minute into SSJ lose election. Just get hard then do another minute until I hit 5 minutes?

yes is the answer and remember to increase the time of your workouts say every month as the body adapts to stresses

If you start to lose your erection simply restimulate yourself until your erect again. This will not change the effectiveness of the routine. Question are you doing your pelvic floor muscle exercises?
 
U dont need to increase time every month bcuz then u will be doing pe for hours lol. I think it's all about effectiveness and how much u get out of each workout and listen to your penis.
 
yes but the longer you do it the longer you will get no point stretching your dick for say 5 mins a day at max intensity you aint going to gain much with stretching more is better you want to gain as fast as possible not take your whole life getting to your goal

Gotcha I see where your coming from now. I can agree that there is multiple ways to get there u just have to find the right path for you depending on your circumstance

With stretching this is the case you can stretch flaccid as much as you desire, there is no limit. You may experience fatigue and soreness but that’s nothing to be worried about.

And about staying in the tube; You do not want to spend more than five minutes pumping before you go into the SSJ for five minutes. The reason I created this routine in this way was to prevent any water retention and promote tissue extension. most men take on water at about five minutes some can go longer. I would start at five minutes and increase it to where your limit is. So you’d want to pump till you start to see water retention and that is your maximum amount of time to pump.

Your ability to hold your erection during SSJ for up to 1 minute is impressive. But I'm guessing that, just like many members here, you have fallen off your routine due to work, privacy concerns or lack of motivation and consistency. I'm sure you will log back into the forum soon and you will see this comment. Come to me let me coach you. You will never fall off again.
