So I get to about 80-90 percent erect (if I go any more my penis is too hard for it to work) and do the exercise but within a minute my erection dies down and it feels like I’m not getting as much work done as I want. My question is it supposed to lose erection and you just continue with it for how long the exercise is or once it dies down get back to 80-90 percent do it until it dies down again and that’s a set.
