SRT FleshLight Expressive Stretch

FleshLight Enlargement Technique
In this workout we will train for length and girth by using the FleshLight with some basic modifications. The FleshLight comes in one piece of thick, soft rubber in the shape of a vagina with about a 9” depth. We will cut the piece into two sections. The bottom section with be cut two inches below the vaginal opening leaving the tube and the vagina as separate parts. Now, with a 100% erection work the tube down your shaft deep into your fat pad, against the pubic bone. To ensure you are getting as much through the bottom tube continue to press and pull more penis through the tube as you force the tube further against the fat pad. Now using the top portion, to keep erection solid, pretend it to be a mouth or vagina sliding on your penis while gripping it with intensity. The exercise from here becomes a push and pull from the bottom and the top. You will continue to press the base against the fat pad, exposing further internal penis while pulling the top of the penis with the upper portion of the FleshLight. As the exercise goes on you will notice more and more penis being exposed, take advantage of this by jelqing the new penis at the base upward while still pulling with the upper hand. After 10 minutes of this remove the FleshLight and finish the session with some deep, behind the balls jelqing (5 minutes). After this workout you will notice a much longer, fuller penis.

I am mentally having trouble visualizing what to do with this including but not limited to the above quote. How is it being cut?

Do you literally cut it?

yes the FleshLight is cut according to the image at about the 4" line and you will be left with two pieces, the lower tube and the upper vaginal opening like two cock rings. The tube is used to go as far down the shaft as possible entering into the internal body causing internal penis to be moved forward, grabbed and stretched. The upper hand is used to keep stimulation high and to facilitate upward stretching and/or downward compression against lower hand.

I gotta try this DLD...maybe I can get length from this because I can't stretch flaccid because I become erect too easily and I don't think my erections are solid enough to get the proper intensity in the Bathmate because I mean it looks fully erect but it's not rock solid...it's about 80% hard..so I just pump regular hoping that overtime I can get girth and length from the Bathmate alone...With it only being able to get about 80% max stiff wise could I do this fleshlight exercise effectively?

With this method you will stay erect, the upper hand (with the vagina opening) can easily play the part of a sexual lover which keeps us excited and up for the job while the lower hand works sneakily to expose and develop internal penis. Don't feel bad about ruining the FleshLight either, having two pieces makes even the masturbation part more fun. When I do the exercise I pretend the upper part is a woman giving me head while the lower hand is another woman pulling out new penis...lots of imagination involved and the more we develop this the faster our gains will come.

80% will work fine and I promise you will see greater eq strength just from the exercise.
