Hello there! So guys, i've been wandering around the forum for maybe a month or more, waiting to get mentally prepared and organize my time so i can start my exercises.
Bought a lub today, i have one of that heat creams to warm up and i'm ready to start tomorrow morning.

I've been realizing that the site has changed a lot over time, and you guys have now the Bathmate and other toys that really seem to do the job.
However, i should wait some 3 ou 4 months so i can look to buy them a little bit more relaxed.

There are so many routines in the '' old style '' way, and i'm would like to know which should i follow to see some good to impressive results.

Ill back up the newbie routine. Just jelqs and stretches. I've been doing it for a little over two weeks and can speak for it's effectiveness
 
Cool, i'll be doing the jelqs, stretchs and the hundred kegel ones. Any tips on when should i think about changing routine?
 
Just keep at it for a few months and change it up when you feel like you need more. Some guys stick with this for a while before they change up.
 
Honestly man get a Bathmate and a sizegenetics and start clamping in about a month. I've seen great results from these. Stressing your penis throughout the day promotes much better growth than just doing an hour session.
 
That's nice. I guess one of the first topics i've read here was this one about SRT. Nowdays i don't really know what it is all about, but back then i did stop wearing underwears and i still do to this very day (feels very freeing, doesn't it?).

Not sure about the wrapping thing though, i feel that the no underwear thing already helps a lot with non retraction.

You can buy a silicone sleeve on eBay or autoextender.com,when you first do newbie stretching your pulling out inner penis and stretching ligaments the sleeve,wrapping or a extender makes gains faster and prevents healing back to your normal state.

Hmm.. that's serious. Would you say then that i should avoid kegels and do the reverse ones to avoid this you described?

This is really not too serious, qquite an easy modification. Kegels should never be avoided, they are one of the most important parts of penis enlargement.

Right. Hey, doing the kegels, is it normal to feel my butt muscles or i'm not isolating the muscle as i should? Also, is it better to do kegels with erect or non erect penis?

Yes it is. The feeling will happen from the abdominal muscles to the anus. The Pelvic Floor Muscles are a very large group of interconnected muscles and tissue that when we do a Kegel, we are in fact flexing all of these muscles, not just the PC or BC muscle.

It is my strong estimation that people change routine far too often and far too soon, worse than that however are cases when people have been making good gains but by changing "because its time" have seen their gains grind to a halt.

My personal opinion is that you should engage in two month splits, measuring monthly.

Here is what a routine would look like...

Month 1-2.. - Newbie Routine
Month 3-4.. - If gains observed in month 1-2 then stick with it, if gains not observed then increase the reps
Month 5-6.. - If gains not observed then upgrade routine (Blasters and SSJ's i recommend)
Month x-y.. - Once the above have been ticked and no gains have been observed for 2 consecutive months, switch to equipment based routine.
