I have been really busy with my new job folks so sorry if I don't get to the questions here as quick as I'd like. Umm the largest bell is around 4.75 inches on the interior circumstance of the bell. I have no idea what the other sizes are for the bells and perhaps if you don't have an answer back from phallosan then perhaps I will pull out my unused phallosan equipment and measure the smaller bells.

4.75 inch circumference of the largest bell.. is that all? doesnt seem very big to me at all... my penis head girth measures 4.33 inches when flaccid and what happens when it actually gets thicker? and more importantly everyone is saying you can wear phallosan at night time whilst sleeping and that even if you get a night time erection its not a problem as you are not restricting blood flow to the penis which i understand all that but the largest bell being only 4.75 inches circumference and my erection girth being bigger than that how am i supposed to wear this thing at night whilst sleeping then? and more importantly when i increase the girth of my penis and when it becomes bigger than 4.75 inches girth when flaccid what then? 4.75 inches girth circumference just seems too small! can someone shed some light on this please...?

FG = flaccid girth.

My earlier measurements were the outer circumference. Sorry about that.

Small Bell: 1" dia / 3 1/4 - 1/2" inner circumference / 4" outer circumference
Medium Bell: 1 4/16" dia / 4" inner circumference / 5.5" outer circumference
Large Bell: 1 7/16" dia / 4 1/2 - 3/4" inner circumference / 6-6.25" outer circumference

These is just w/ a piece of paper and a measuring tape. So if I'm not 100%, someone please correct me.
You might just try checking w/ phallosan and see what numbers they have.

thanks for the measurements smerc! like i said in an earlier post my flaccid head girth is 4.33 inches so i think that doesnt leave me much room to play with? so then how would people be able to sleep with this thing on when you get a night time erection as a lot of people would have an erection girth bigger than 4.75 inches...? and does that mean if your flaccid girth is bigger than 4.75 inches there is no chance you can wear this thing?

I used to do glands smashed penis pumping while having an erection. Having your glands smashed (blood pushed out) during an erection is not going to hurt you. I mean try it. Get an erection and smash your glands for the duration of your erection and see if is comfortable.

yeah i understand what you are saying and you are right it wont have any bad effects on your glans. i think its pretty stupid that phallosan hasnt made larger bell sizes for guys with bigger girth sizes that would want to wear it! like i said my flacid head girth is lets say 4.25 inches and then you put the protector cap over that and im maxing out the large size which kind of sucks! do you mind me asking what size are you and which bell size are you using and how are you finding it?

I think my glands size is a bit or 4 inches so i use the largest bell. I find the bell 100% comforttable. When I feel any discomfort it is bc of the belt pushing on my base and pelvis (which isnt often).

The first time I used the device I used the middle bell but since then I have to use the large one.

Nope. It doesn't. Just make sure you're getting the correct flaccid measurement.
The protector cap kind of rounds out the head a bit by applying pressure around the glans to get a more rounded application inside the bell(s).
The protector cap can also add a bit of girth to your head. So you're end girth w/ the cap will be a wee bit bigger which is going to make it that much more difficult to get in the bell. The cap always measures around 2/16" thick. It slims down though once applied to the head.

That shouldn't be an issue. The head will just not get that extra expansion.

Head girth. Yeah, if that is bigger than the large bell then you're not going to fit in it.
There is no point in using something that you have to smash yourself to fit inside it.

They should sell the bells individually. There is no point in paying $300+ for 2 bells you don't and wont need. This would save the consumer money and would prompt more people to purchase the product.


Alternative: You can use the autoxleeve ads or maybe the PMP.

OR if you're creative, you might try emailing the people over @ LG hanging and seeing if they know of a way you can use their vac piece as an ADS. I talked about it before in other posts. There are just drawbacks like size for example and that there are no known tension measuring devices that cap tension. At least not to my knowledge.



EDIT: Try emailing phallosan support and let them know of you assumed issue w/ the large bell. You never know, you might spark them to produce a bigger one.

Where is the phallosan rep that was going to be around? It seems he could help us get alot of these questions answered and potentially voice our concerns directly to phallosan

DLD does recommend it. He said it fills the hole of night time PE.

For me this device seems to be the key to the srt theory.

Doing some lenghtmaster work stretching tissue hard

Put on the phallosan and let your member stay stretched out during night so it doesnt turtle.

It could be a key player.

Well next tool is when i hit the 7.2 mark. Lm should be able to do that by itself

Then im gonna buy the next one.

thank you Smerc for answering all my questions, i was thinking pretty much the same thing but i wanted someone that has the product already to clarify everything for me which you have and i appreciate that! the next best thing for ALL Night Stretching i think would be the autoxleeve, do you know much about this product?

the xsleeve looks awesome. they have a video on their site showing how to apply it that i watched yesterday. think ill be ordering mine today

Well. It doesn't seem like it's a stretching device, more of a anti-turtle device.
For night: To give it more of a stretch you would look @ the caps and straps that they sell w/ them. You apply the sleeve on the cap and the cap to the strap, then roll down the sleeve.
For day: The above or using weights along side the sleeves.


It would make a nice starting grounds though.

You might look @ the caps that they sell. It works very similar to how the vac-hanger is. Doesn't seem like they're vac system uses a pump, mainly uses the vacuum it creates just from a cap/sleeve combo. Google the vac hanger and see how it's applied, this will give you a sense of what I'm trying to explain. The phallosan would work very similar, except there is too much give w/ the condoms, so you must rely on the internal vac system it comes with.

It has a tension system just like size genetics but also different. I've even taken it apart and it's simple to put back together. If someone knows anything or where to get better springs then you could add tension just by using a stronger spring. It is by far the most comfortable PE tool out there. I just wish there was a a way to connect a Vlc to it so I could wear it at work.

ya i'm liking the xsleeves for healing elongated when i have a lot of moving around to do and while sleeping. seems very easy to get on and off
