Indeed your strength will become greater and greater as you continue to train. Strengthen your hands through exercise. And you can even use one of those hand Strengtheners that will also bring more strength to you hands.

Hi guys
I measure my girth after srt 5x5x3. And its basically the same after the session as before even though it looks somewhat more expand. I read here that it should be 0.5" larger. What am i doing wrong?
Also, is it wise to use srt next to LM? it feels a bit like the penis already hurts from LM and then i pushing it more.. but i don't have the time to seperate between them much.

Get your length in first never do girth before Length work. It sounds like you need to add a little bit more to your girthwork. And instead of going with the typical 5x5x3 maybe go 7x7x3

Have you recently started with 5x5x3? If so this can be the reason for lack of temporary expansion. For me it took some time to get the expansion going.

SRT is a program.
SRT 5X5X3 is the girth routine in that program.

You can also do Lengthmastering first, and then take up girthwork after 1 year.

Well i did 5x5x3 for a month+ then i stopped for couple of weeks because of bruising stuff. And i started yesterday again.

Yes.. i suppose i can focus only on length first.. but my girth size is unfotunately more significant for me then length. I just feel bad to skip either of those for long period.

Yes. I know. I meant i do LM at evening, and after that i jump to 5x5x3.
Will try to increase a bit in a week or so. (Just started again after a pause)

Should i always turn both switches on ?

Is there a daily use time limit or a session time limit that beyond that it's not safe?

Do you have the technical details to provide about the infrared? Wave length.. i don't know what else.

Do you have some assurance of the safety using such red light therapy with this intensity and daily use?

I will reply for red light therapy and low level cold therapy::
There is so much scientific evidence that these kind of therapies work that it has become the standards in anyones life now.
