I know I asked this before, but I can't remember your answer to this.
How much did you gain before your gains stalled (length and girth) and how much have you gained since starting the routine with 'rest' in mind?
 
I stalled at 7.5" BPenis EnlargementL for probably more than a year and a half. My girth has been going up as of late, but for a while it seemed that every time I measured I'd hit right at 5.5" or less. I fluctuated so much with my girth measurements it was actually kind of depressing, because I WAS putting in so much time. Now that I've cut my girth sessions back to maybe 2-3 sessions per week, and stretching has become an everyday occurance, that my numbers have started to increase at a pretty constant rate. Right now I measure at 5.6" and post session I have measured at 5.75" at the MS and at the head right near 5.6". I never get more expansion than .25" regardless of what I do and anymore than that is fluid. I have been keeping the intensity of the sessions in check and shoot for maximum expansion in the 1-2 pump/clamp sets in one session. This has worked really well so far.

For stretching I've gone back to the basics with SO stretches to start and progressing into bundled SO stretches, and just today I got into bundled A-stretches. I was able to pull my penis up to the middle portion of my belly button, it's a good measuring point for me because I have a long torso, even after I took off my ADS for the night. This is a pretty sweet little regimen I'm working on and I have to say that it's not taxing me mentally and I'm usually only an hour to 90 minutes TOTAL, and that's only IF I do girth work during that day. This routine's sole focus is TUNICA growth and it really is working quite well. When I hit 9" FSL I'll be sure to post it up in the main forum. I'm at 8" on a cold stretch, and I'm inching ever closer to 8.5".

What was your starting length/girth? and how much newbie gains did you have?
 
im a big advocate for rest. I believe u get better gains and harder erections, and thats what ive been getting
 
I just did 2 x 10 sets of clamping after not doing any girth work over the past month. My penis felt like it was going to explode, and only after 10 minutes! It felt like the very first time I ever clamped. Although I have lost some girth for not having time to do good girth sets <:(
 
Damn VK. I started at 6" EL, probably on one of the hardest BP measurements I've ever taken. I had a 6" ruler and I HAD to make sure I was longer than the ruler because it LOOKED SOOOOO small. Erect girth was probably a bit below 5", maybe even closer to 4.5" but I'm not 100% sure because I never measured.

Newbie gains I qualify in the first 2-6 months, because anything longer than 6 months I'm fairly sure your penis is conditioned to a certain extent. I gained about .5"-.75" in length and I hit 5" in girth around the 8 month mark. Remember I've been a member here for nearly 3 years and for a LONG time I had plateaued at 7.5" BPenis EnlargementL and 5.25" in girth. It's only been very recently that I've started to gain significantly, again. I have to say taking a step back and evaluating what I had been doing against my progress and I decided to try resting in between girth sessions and going BACK to a manual length routine but this time with an ADS and this has kick started a whole new round of gains. It feels good, and I mean really good to look down and actually see a big penis and not just have a fleeting feeling every now and again.

Ya I seem to be exactly where you were. I haven't gained any length for the past 2 and half years, maybe slightly longer. I plateaued at 7 5/8th FSL and my bp EL is around 7.5 (slightly lower).

how much different are your EL measurements and your FSL measurements? do you see gains in EL measurements as soon as your FSL goes up? I've noticed some people have mentioned gaining FSL while their EL has stayed the same.

I think you mentioned post session you hit 8.5" bp fsl. what's your EL measurement pre and post session?



p.s. I remember the first time I measured my dick, I had a 6 inch ruler too, and I was jamming the ruler into myself (on the side of my dick) to get to 6".
My gf at the time had given me a 'big dick' compliments (?:() and up until then it hadn't really been that big of a concern to me but i was like Hydromaxm.. lets see how i stack up.. after the measurement I got depressed. I asked her how big she thought I was she's like 'Hydromaxm you look around 7?' i'm like ya im 6.8.. ( i lied about my size <:( )... Hopefully I'll get passed this brick wall and hit the 8.5 nbpEL.

I am not really sure when it kind of "turns" but I can say that I have to grow significantly in FSL, usually around .25" or more, and then my EL seems to "catch" up.

Post session I measure a bit more than 8.25", and I'm getting closer to 8.5" post session. That's significant improvement in the last 2-3 weeks, as I was measuring 8" post session, and now that's my cold measurement.

So you've gained around a tenth of an inch in BPenis EnlargementL. After stalling for so long, the smallest gain can light up your day. You'll slowly but surely move up the ladder.


I just finished my third week of decon and have entered my 4th. surprisingly, I'm not losing any size (knock on wood), but im not 'gaining' either as some people have gained from resting.

I'm thinking of doing a 2-3 week 'I' stage starting mid January, with the first two weeks focused only on length, and perhaps another 2 weeks focused on girth while ADSing for length. I'm hoping that my EL will increase rapidly in the first 2 weeks, and the second two weeks to shock my girth. I will then move onto 4 weeks of 'P' phase where the first two weeks will be ADS + ADC/ANC and the last two weeks will only be ADC/ANC. I will rest all of march and April, and start again May.

with IPR, 0.5" gain in length and 0.125 -0.25" girth isn't uncommon. Given this projection, I can hit 8.5" EL x 6.5 EG by end of summer, which will be great. I will then procceed to beat women with my massive peenus >:(.

I let things rest a bit today and I'm still pulling up around my belly button, once I get on a roll with length it's kind of hard for me to not strap on the ADS or to have a session, but I didn't today. I'm really tired at the moment, and I can say that today was a great day not to have a session. I had an awesome lift tonight and I'm going to hit length or girth tomorrow, but who knows. With this current routine it's all kind of how I feel and I'm just going with it. I am still resting 2-3 days a week, but again length tends to be done in 2 week cycles and then I rest, but that's a story for when I'm more lucid.

so you seperate length and girth cycles?

do you do the whole 'R' part of the IPR phase?
 
Well, I do rest, and in fact I'm taking a 3 day break right now. I started yesterday, and I will carry on through tomorrow and start back on Sunday. I don't really mean to separate them, it kind of happens that way though. The issue for me is my glans gets pretty torn up from the stretching and it's too sensitive to do girth work. My glans is so tender after a stretching and ADS session that it makes staying hard a very difficult thing to do without wincing if I touch the wrong spot. I'm hoping my next length focused cycle I don't have that big of an issue, but this next week I'm going to do my best to go through a complete work through with both length and girth sessions. I'm going to go with 4 length sessions and 2-3 girth sessions, and girth sessions will have at least 1 day in between for maximum recovery and erectile function. With length I'm still a bit paranoid about stretching and resting, but I will see what happens. I've rested the last day plus today and I'm still at 8" FSL.
 
Ok, I'm going to report something I've been thinking on and have finally put into practice.

I've taken off from girth work for approximately two weeks. I do occasionally do some light dry jelqs when I'm using the restroom, but nothing in the way of a pump and clamp session. I've hit girth 3 days in a row with my first two session being 2 sets of 10 minutes in tube and clamped. Today is the taper day. I only did 1 set of each and then hot water bath and that was it. My final number today was a bit below the 6" mark MS, and a bit more than 5.75" US. This is a pretty large increase from the last girth session I had, which I didn't write down but I recall it being something a bit more than 5.75" MS.

With rest and then a moderate approach I think continual progression is possible, as long as you're willing to evaluate the processes you're pursuing to reach your goals. I'm off tomorrow and will likely have 2 more girth sessions on Thursday and then again on Saturday, as Friday will probably be too busy. I don't really have a theory in mind for this, but I do think that with healing the tissues can grow while at rest and become even larger once stress is reintroduced.
