Though the combination of the SiliStretcher and the length master, the tip of my glands (around the urethra) are bright red and doesn’t seem to go away, has anyone experienced this or knows a way to help get the redness to subside? Should I take time off and see if it goes away?

This is quite normal
It appears to be fluid retention. Take a day off and you should be fine

Do you have 🔗 MOS-RED?
That device would clear this up in no time at all. Faster Healing Time <=> Faster Penis Growth, due to the fact that, you can keep your stretching sessions at a higher intensity.

I do 15 minutes after every session. I do 2 sessions per day. And I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day rest then repeat. I sit really close. You need to figure out what works for you.
Some extras I do for faster healing time.
On my rest days I do not use MOS-RED if the discoloration isn't really bad. I do not use hydrocortisone 1% on my rest days either. I use Locobase® REPAIR to lubricate my penis, when I do not apply hydrocortisone 1%.

Those are blisters from being too long in stretcher.
Take a break every 10 or 15 minutes.

It’s normal with vacuum devices like this it’s kind of like pumping if you think about.
That’s why they recommend a 5 minute break every 10 minutes with pumping.
So an update, I took about two weeks of and the redness subsided but I still had a few blood blisters that healed but the lump was still there, I did one girth session with medium intensity to ease back into it and the blood blisters and redness came straight back, I haven’t been using the length master or the silistretcher either… any ideas on what’s going on could it possibly be Petechiae?
