Two beginner questions

Hi! I started using a jes extender about a month ago and have two questions:
1. Does it matter how many hours you wear it PER DAY (I understand that it will take longer to get results of course)?
I have a physical job and a pretty active life outside of work as well, so for me more than 1-3 hours each evening (I don't want to sleep with it on) would be tough.
2. How much is it supposed to FEEL? My penis looks pretty stretched imo, but there's no noticeable discomfort.

1.As you stated above, it will take longer if you can't wear it for more than 1 hour. Why don't you do manual exercises? Less trouble.

  • Why dont you buy the phallosan forte or silistrecher? They are meant for stretching too, and you can wear them while at work.
I would aim for at least 6 hours of stretching, as a minimum.

To me, that would be a better solution. Simply buy one of these and combine it with 1hr of manual exercises.

2. Stretching should not feel painful at all. Neither too much force it's needed,
less inflamation = more gains.

Rule of thumb: stretching should always be at your max BPEL, or above. That means that you are stretching at its maximum length.
 
1. The main reason i chose jes extender is because I already had one. I bought one MANY years ago, tried it briefly and gave up (stupid I know). Without going into detail you'll just have to trust me that wearing any penis enlargement device simply won't work with the job I have. I'll have a look at manual exercises though. Any exercise that is particularly good as a compliment to jes extender?

2.You are correct, let's say you are 6.5 BPEL, your BPFSL (Bone pressed Flaccid Stretched Length) should be at least 6.5 when stretched.


If you have more BPFSL than BPEL, that's even better!

I am currently stretching 1 inch more than my BPEL. And it's quite a stretch. I'm using an extender. Can only manage 30 to 40min at a time, then I have to remove for a while for comfort and then reattach.

One level lower on my extender gives me 0.5 inch stretch above my BPEL. This is more comfortable and I can stay for 90min before I need to reset. I have been at this level for 10 days, and today just went up a notch to the 1 inch extra stretch.

Should I stay at this new level or revert back to previous level?

If you are not using absurd force/weight, go ahead. But again, don't stress the numbers, simply try stretching at your max BPEL or above.

Also if you are stretching 1 inch above your BPEL, you are stretching your BPFSL, which is a good indicator of growth. That hole inch will convert to BPEL sooner or later, its just a matter of time.

I am currently using the Male Edge. I also have the size genetics. Waiting for my VLC tugger to arrive then I will switch to the size genetics. I find the male edge more comfortable than the size genetics in its normal use.
Currently If I stretch to 1 inch more than my BPEL, the strap is on my glans, making it uncomfortable. But on the lower tension level which is 0.5 inch above my BPEL, the strap is behind my glans. I have been on this tension level for 11 days now. Will give it another week before I proceed to the next level.

Just out of interest, is there a rule of thumb as to how many days to stay at a particular tension level or does it depend on the individual?

For me when I had the obsession of having to measure every day, it took me 24-30hours of stretching per week to gain 0.05mm. (Half a millimeter)

But depends on your genetics, how fast can you heal, how fast does your body re-organize the collagen matrix, yadayada...

Measure once a week.

  • Measure at the start of the week. Equals X cm. [Start of the week]
  • Stretch during the week.
  • At the end of the week measure it after stretching. [End of the week]
  • End of the week result - Start of the week = x mm.
  • x mm gained / 7 days = mm you gained per 1 week of stretching or how much you gain per day.
After each "end of the week" do erect stretching. That will cement your results at a faster pace.

That way you will be able to tell how much you grow per x amount of hours of stretching.

They should work if you don't bust your nuts every day. From my experiance I spent 6 month and got 0 result because I didn't stop ���� and ejacolation.
