I'm wondering if I'm pumping up to high. If I am to believe my Zen Pump I have been getting up to 50kpa or 15 in hg. Typically do 35kpa for 3 mins then 45 kpa, and finally 50kpa for a total of 5 mins.

Being that vac is on the lower side is there still a lot of expansion? How much does tube size play a role?

Tube size should always be bigger than your girth unless you are pumping for length then the tube should be snug

I gained around 2.5 inches over several years. The first inch was easy.

That's wonderful. I'm now pumping at 9hg to 10hg. I believe it is possible to gain .5 every 6 months and pumping at higher pressure combined with SSJ is the secret.

How many days a week are you pumping?

Question to the veteran pumper.. how do you know it is working and should you always go in fully or close to fully erect and my circumference of my pump is much bigger then my penis girth is that a bad thing? Thank you

  1. How is it working: your penis shaft and glans expands at least 0.25 time more than the original. Optimally stress load occurs at 0.5 time the original erection after 3 sessions. But that will be for those who at least pump for more than 3 months to precondition their penis. Play safe and work upwards. The critical part is the post pumping to ensure at least 90 minutes of expansion state using a cock ring or similar. The longer, the better. Those who have the drive will keep the expanded state at least 4 hours, and those who have the will keep it expanded all day. Since I use my ADS all day already, my max limit is 4 hours post pumping at 90% expansion while cycling my fresh blood in.
  2. During pumping, max erection state and keep it erected. For beginners, do not use cock ring at the base during pumping. Keep practicing in adding new blood into your penis while pumping. Remember, you're only doing minutes session of pumping to expand your chambers. Short burst session at full erection is what you aim for to prevent fluid buildup as you increase pressure. Around 6 inHg, at full erection and continue to get more blood in, you're forcing the chambers to expand and stress. It doesn't take long to force tissue stresses, but it doesn't mean it will work in one or three sessions. It requires time for the stresses and prolong post pumping healing time at expanded state.
  3. Expansion at a minimum of 0.25 times greater than the original erected size is the initial stress point after 3 pumping sessions. Mine is around 0.5 time larger than the original for safety reasons, and going hard will. Push towards 0.75 time larger at higher pressure around 12 inHg in dynamic pump-and-slowly-release method. However, be safe and work yourself upwards into higher pressure. Most importantly is to monitor your glans and shaft of blistering and bruising. Monitor and log your baseline for expansion each week. The safe zone is 5 inHg to 6inHg for 5 minutes for static pressure. Moderate zone is 7 to 8 inHg. High unsafe zone is 9 and 10 inHg for static. This is where you must play the pump and release method to cycling between 8inHg and 10 inHg. This is where the most optimal expansion occurs. 12 inHg is the critical high point for advanced users. Don't go there until a year later.

You will feel the pressure along the shaft of your penis and at the base. Always go into the pump with 109% erection and try to maintain an erection throughout your time inside the pump.

You can achieve and maintain an erection by doing kegels while inside the pump. You can also watch a very hot erotic video while pumping.
