Dear MOS Brothers,

Hope everything is good at your end... I am using Extender from last two months and also X40 since 5 days... I have somehow hurt my penis and these days only using bathmate and Uncle Jim's Wraps. Question is now from members site, Which Phase should I start from? Also I had been doing some jelqs and basic stretchings since I have started P.E.

if you have hurt your penis you should stop all exercise and allow it to heal, otherwise you may do more damage,

I personally can't make a recommendation on the phase you should start; however, I have to with bandit2010 on waiting to heal up. Not sure how your skin abrasion is currently doing (or if you are referring to another injury) but it would be a great idea to let it heal before you jump back in hard. Making even a minor injury worse is not good for your progress.

If I remember right,you're the guy with the blister caused by the extender? if yes, I think it healed by now,which if it did, start working out again no problems,regarding phases, I think its safe to say always start at phase 1,then move forward

If you have hurt yourself p[leae describe the injury so we can advise if you should take a break or not. Always start with Phase 1.

Go and buy a length master. It will give you all the needed length gains as long as you are willing to put in the work.
