Also the comment on the first page, studies are (or should be) all BPEL and not NBPEL. If you are trying to measure 1000 penises to find out what is the average, you don't want guys who are 100 lbs or 300 lbs skewing the results because they have 0.1" or 3" of fat pad. Measuring NBPEL in a scientific study would be the equivalent of measuring height while people kept their shoes on...you wouldn't be measuring what you think you are measuring.

That said, whenever looking at the numbers, at least to me it seems like +1 should be added to all length figures, but that's just because 7.5-7.75" BPEL doesn't look that big to me when I look down (above average sure, but not borderline huge). Especially when coupled with 1-1.25" of fat pad.

Yeah some scientist's aren't that analytical when it comes to this to realize fat pad is a huge huge factor
