Question, is there any benefit to wrapping during the day? Or is it only beneficial after a workout.
Also any recommendations on a good traction device like the jes extender, are they worth it ? I want to buy somthing I can set and forget for a few hours, have the lm3 atm but it's a bit of a hassle always setting up on the go. Cheers
