Psychology Can stress have a negative effect on gains?

Stress can be harmful n disgusting to deal with,dealing Whit unexpected situations can be stressful n waste our minds energy, but just curious do you guys think stress can effect our gains? Even if exercise everyday?
 
Can definitely affect EQ, not sure about gains however I feel if stressed your routine may not be as good as usual

Right sometimes focus on the session isn't that easy, anyway don't want to stop or take days off at all ..
 
Stress affects every part of your life. It is so important to deal with stress at its primal level. We need to know what is causing the stress that way we can correct the situation. In my own life I get stressed out when I’m not doing something so it’s important for me to keep the mind busy. Sometimes stress means you just need to relax for a little while and let go of some of those thoughts.

For me I give it over to Jesus and I trust him that he will get me through this. When you have trust in God it’s a wonderful thing because you have somebody so much greater than you helping you.

Stress comes from not being present in the moment. Whenever were giving all of our energy to what happened or what might happen brings stress. It’s irrational because you cannot do anything about The past or future and the longer you dwell on this the more stressed out you become. Stress comes from a place of little hope. Stress is the reaction to being out of control. A simple rational self analysis will help many people who experience stress. Basically write down everything that is stressing you out and then try to be rational with each item and find where that fear is coming from. Stress is the product of an underlying feeling and the goal with a rational self analysis is to find that underlying feeling and address it.
 
Yep I think I know what bothers me, besides stress depletes my energy n gets me tired I can't have a session tonight I just want to sleep right fucken now..

Yup stress takes every bit of energy from you and gives it to your past and your future and your left in the moment with nothing

Indeed it can. When you are stressed (negatively anticipated stress) your body's ability to heal and grow reduces. Also your penis tend to turtle more when you are stressed.

Yeah! That's why I'm not looking forward to get back to work, those females are expert of stressing me out, with there whining and bitch behavior. But I have determine to not stress no matter what. Just be calm as a whale 🐳.

When I'm stressed I can't train girth and even if I force myself to train girth, I don't get good enough expansion. But with girth work, there are some days where you won't get meaningful expansion no matter how hard you try.

We need to be careful not to stress to much.
 
I need to learn this. I noticed that I'm always thinking about the future and things I'm yet to achieve. It makes me stressed and depress. I will try not to think in that manner.
You are not alone in this. I have always been this way you are describing.
Training at the gym is my sanctuary to get to the present moment, if I have been stressed out for a while. I abused training for this reason previously in my life.

I like to train at the evning on the weekends because there is practically only me there. Sometimes there are some cute girls/women there as well.
