I inverted my leg on the end of my bed to get a BTW stretch. I'm using 3.5 lbs for my straight down hang which seem to make me fatigued after 20 minutes. I used that same weight for my BTW and had a worrying amount of pain. I reduced the wait to 1.5 lbs and it seems appropriate. The OTC positions seems easier than straight down. For the OTC position, I attach a rope and place the weight over my shoulder. BTW - do you any lotions like DMSO/PABA?
