I think you misspelled. I hope you are not running electricity ⚡ through your penis. 😆

You can try to sleep with it. But that have never worked for me. For me it's to much risk involved when you can't monitor your penis. Be careful of loss off circulation.

Okay it was just to understand if it was wrong to keep it for example only 3 hours a day after the manual stretch.
Let me describe my routine, I've been trying for years, this week I started again

My routine is:

I warm up with hot water,
as manual stretching I use the head (bell) of the strong phallosan, I put the pressure just so as not to let the glans come out, and I pull with my hands strongly and firmly for 2 minutes at a time, simply forward, then down, left and right , then I lie down on my back and pull up (navel); I try to do at least 5 series and over the weeks I will try to reach a maximum of 5 minutes of extension per stretch, for a total of 25 minutes of stretching x 4 or 5 repetitions. When I see that my penis becomes rubbery it seems useless to continue pulling and I usually wash with hot water then cold and hot again and put the phallosan forte plus on low as I read in the articles.
Now I associate you with what I do for the circumference, and tell me how it could be effective; having done manual stretching then low voltage phallosan, for example after 3 hours I take a shower and pump my penis with the bathmate and I can keep it for an hour without jelqing or other things .. I simply pump and lie down for a 'now.. having said that, after the bathmate would it be advisable to put the low voltage phallosan back on while I can?

What do you think about all this?

I suggest going an hour at a time. Take off, return good circulation then repeat as much as you like

What does one hour at a time?.. Just to understand how sufficiency can be with the extender after some manual stretch routines.. for example today after the manual stretch I kept it for 3 hours and 1/2 continously.. then shower at bathmate's house for an hour continously and 30 minutes of extender before going out

That sounds perfect. You want to extend for 3 hours a day. You are just fine

It took me a while to figure out what bundle stretching was. Since it's so important how I read it I will apply it.. Then I thought I could just always use the phallosan plus and rotate the bell through its interlock.. always extending at a pull equal to the length of the penis or not so much, right? I would like to understand another detail, is it better to do 30 seconds on the fly or are 2/3 minutes fine as I currently do? same thing for the bundle.. 5 minutes of bundle divided by 2.5 minutes to the left and then to the right or 30 seconds on each side?

Working on length and girth on same day is possible if you can do it. But it's best to focus on length first. Get the length sorted before focusing on girth.

When using an extender, I understand you can wear it for many hours but wearing it for those hours at minimum tension will not give you the gains you seek. Wear it for 1 hour and increase the tension every 15 minutes throughout the 1 hour session.

Wear it for a total of 4 hours in a day but each sesion of wearing time should be 1 hour. Remember to increase the tension every 15 minutes.

Shouldn't using the extender at low voltage cement the gains?? I read this theory in various comments. Am I more interested in cementing, or is it recommended to continue extending as you told me?

As you train to gain length, you need to always stay elongated either by wrapping the penis with a bandage, wearing a Sleeve or wearing an extender or Silistrecher at very low tension. Have you made length gains already with the Phallosan plus?

I have never had any gains using phallosan alone in the past. I have only had apparent gains to the eye, for this I say I have to find a way to cement the daily earnings; as I described my routine to you, in addition to this I purposely use phallosan plus at minimum tension instead of the bandage with which I find myself very uncomfortable, not because of the pain but because of the procedure.

Okay do your routine the way I explained above. Whenever you are not doing your routine, wear the plus on a very low tension to stay elongated for the rest of the day.
