Are you following the SRT BathMate workout? If not, this is where the problem is. I suggest you start with the SRT BathMate 5x5x3 routine and you will see the expansion everyone is talking about.
 
I'm new to PE and just got my bathmate a few days ago. I have yet to commit to a routine that I can fit into my (very) busy schedule. This seems like a solid routine, but I don't think I'll have the time or privacy to do this everyday so I'm trying to compromise.

I wanted to start off slow as to not cause any injury or regression in my EQ so as of now, my routine consists of:

5-10min warmup
5mins in bathmate
100 jelqs
5mins bathmate
100 jelqs
5mins bathmate
100 jelqs
Cool down

I also do (quick) kegels whenever I can throughout the day.

Now, a couple questions:
1. Will this routine bring me gains or will they be lackluster without the stretches? My immediate PE concerns are EQ and girth but length would be nice as well.
2. My kegel routine doesn't have any structure. Should I just stick to the one posted in this thread or am I fine with a larger volume? (I do more than 100 quick kegels in a day but no holds)
3. I'm a bit of a quick trigger in bed. Does that mean I should make sure to do a lot of reverse kegels as well or can I simply focus on regular kegels for better EQ?
 
i'm glad I've find this post hopefully someone will be able to offer me some opinions.

so I've started P.E on a consistent basis and have nearly 3 weeks under my belt and i think all is going well. but thinking long term i was wondering whether or not to buy either an extender or bathmate pump....so my question to the brotherhood is which device would be best overall for me to purchase further down the line? (maybe after 2-3 months of P.E)
 
Hi, Stripee, I don't know what your current routine or your starting size is, but I would go for bathmate hydromax. Once you start to do it daily try and follow the 5x5x3 SRT routine, and do not forget to put a cock ring on after the workout, you will see magic happening.
Don't know about the extender, personally I would never buy it because i couldn't be bothered wearing it for hours, but that's just me, and I never tried it so...
I've been doing PE on and off for a few years, very inconsistently, but my gains exploded once I decided to forget about all the other forums except this one and read the SRT tread. I do my routine daily for a year now. I believe that following the 5x5x3 routine with the cock ring afterwards was the best thing I did so far, when it comes to PE at least ;) You can also use bathmate to do hardcore stretches when the time comes. I hope you are doing the basic stretching daily, I know it can be a pain in the ass at first, but just wait and you will see...
And try and do PE every day, forget about possible loss of EQ, fatigue and all that BS, just work through it, believe me, in the end you will be able to drill the walls with your unit.

hey mixerman!. i'm following DLD's beginner routine and i do so 6 days a week, i have started to add in some extra exercises like stretches to add a little variety every now and then. could you explain the purpose of the cock-ring though, and what the 5x5x3 means? many thanks. :)
 
hey, stripeee ! 5x5x3 is the girth routine invented by DLD which combines bathmate and manual work, in this case the Slow Squash Jelq. it goes like this : you attach your bathmate and pump with it for five minutes, you take it off and instantly start performing the SSJs for five minutes. you should repeat this 3 times in a row, so it’s like 15 minutes of pumping followed by 15 minutes of jelqing split in 3 sets. there are many threads about it on the forum, check them out.
now the bathmate gives you great temporary expansion, and performing the SSJs on the expanded tissue expands it even more, so to speak :) i do them at 80% erection or so, but i believe that they work even at 50 %.
going for longer than 5 minutes in a pump without a break seems, at least to me, to bring nothing but fluid retention, and a swollen/ spongy but not really hard erection latter in the day…

now, the purpose of a cock ring is to “trap” your cock in this after-workout engorged state, so that it heals / grows / it’s cells go through mitosis or whatever it is called while it’s temporarily larger.
so when you do your routine the next day your cock is already a tiny bit “fuller” than it was the day before.
overtime these temporary gains become permanent.

i know it’s all so confusing at first, but try and read the SRT thread, it will all eventually fall into place.
 
The CR traps post-workout blood and keeps you in an engorged state for several hours (if so inclined). You're healing after working-out and healing in the biggest size you can helps train your body to accept this larger you...the CR is essential (I just use a cheap-o hair tie)

Probably an obvious question but will the Bathmate and SRT combined promote length gains as well as the girth? Length is my primary goals that's why I ask

Yes it will. You will gain both length and girth at the fastest possible rate in SRT.
 
I thought so 😊, on that basis I'm going to go ahead and purchase a bathmate pump soon then. I was wondering whether to get an extender but no point if the pump does both in equal measure I suppose.

The BathMate can only deliver length by one exercise though so it is not equal in the sense of a complete length routine. The length exercise that is done with the BathMate is called BathMate HardCore Stretches, they are found in SRT. Aside from this exercise, which is classified as a "Expressive" stretch there are other stretch variations that need to be included. Basic stretching (ligamental) Bundled Stretching (Tunica) Erect Stretching (conversion of gains) Expressive Stretching (gaining length by stretching internal penis). This sounds like a lot but it is extremely easy to work into a routine. If you need help let me know but most can create a complete routine between SRT and the Newbie Routine.
