Hello  I have a problem. The thing is if I fully press the basal ring of SG towards my body I get a burning sensation after 30min. I have come to conclussion that the basal ring somehow stops the flow of the blood in the area between the start of the penis and the ball sack. The area also gets red. If I don't press the basal ring so much towards my body it seems to be ok.

Should I use some cloth between the basal ring and my body? Any suggestions

PS. I take the thing off every 1h anyway but I would prefer it if that would not happen.

Thank you for you answers

I had the same problem for a while when I was using the SG. I found it was because I had a slight turkey neck and the scrotum skin was getting too much tension when strapped in. I added some padding around the base of the SG just in case that was causing some irritation also. When you get your tension set raise your penis up towards your belly button and pull just enough skin through the SG base so there's no skin tension there. Stretching scrotum skin is painful and that's most likely your issue.

thanks...
Funny enough I did not have these problems ever since... (3 days now)
In these 3 days I also used Bathmate and I warmed up beforu using the SG and it seems fine + better stretch with the SG...
I think I have found out something... If you warm up (5min job) before getting into SG you get much quicker and better strecth.

If I will experience any more of these I will just use the Baby socks mod and report here.

SOunds like you have mastered your routine! Excellent work and an A+ on innovation.

Thank you DLD.. it means a lot coming from a guy like you - a Penis Enlargement guru :D

I found a simple but very effective solution. I was reading up on this problem on another site and one of the members suggested wrapping the base with saran wrap. I tried it and it drastically decreased any pain or discomfort. On a scale from 1 to 10, before saran wrap it was a 8 and after using saran wrap, it is maybe a 3 at the most.

Well I had the same problem in the start, but it's gone since I have started warming up before using the extender and then placed baby winter sock along using baby powder every time I take off and putting my extender back.... it became comfortable and better
