Also, I've shaken up my routine a bit by just using the X30 twice at fifteen minutes each at full expansion, separated with quick breaks of two 5 minute sets of mostly hard Jelqing. That's on top of wearing the PF as much as possible. So does that seem like a decent way of adding girth, if I stick with it of course, while I have my EQ issues?
Anyway, I'm sure there's a thread hiding around here somewhere about this but figure I'll bring the topic which is; Is there anything new on the market related to PE coming out this year? Whether it's a different exercise, research, device, supplement, etc? I only ask because I recall reading around here something about the Phallosan people developing something new for PE. Thanks in advance guys!

I now we have all the phases, but I'm talking something big. Crazy like you used to do in the beginning when you gained.
For example, I knew you trained everyday, but I never read anywhere that you did two girth sessions a day. That's completely new to me, and I am now going to implement that into my routine.
Anyways, I just thought It would.be huge for the girth movement.

Bundled Stretches
These should be done before training girth so the Tunica can be pre-stretched. 5 minutes is plenty of time.
For Width
3 sets of Isolated Compression Squeezes
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 60 second count.
3 sets of DLD Bends for Tunica stretching while erect
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand and right below the head with the other hand. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis. Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between the hands in a slinky type movement. This should be done for 30 seconds.
BathMate 5x5x3 Sets to bring full expansion to entire penis
in a 90-100% erect state enter your BathMate. Pump to full pressure for 5 minutes. After this remove pump and immediately go into 5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs. Now repeat this process 3 times.
This routine should get anyone over a plateau in girth, I hope it helps.
