Hello all thought I would drop in and let everyone know I am still around just been through alot, kinda starting over , currently working what little I can, I have been sick for about 2 weeks and just found out I am diagnosed with possibly, well anyways I am getting ready to call it a night.

Good to have you back my brother and I’m happy to hear that you’re starting over again. If you need help in a very simple easy routine I can help you out with that. Maybe taking things slow and steady in the beginning will help you remain consistent as we ramp things up. Let me know what you’re doing for a routine now so I can evaluate it. And if that point if you want I can help you create an awesome routine.

Right now I am not doing much if any training, focusing right now on the wife's health. I gotta come up with the money to get another pump as mine has had it.

I managed to give it a good cleaning, and get it to stop leaking, I am thinking manual stretching followed by pumping.

What great news! I’m so happy it’s working and just gives you the potential to do the 5×5×3 which is going to kick your ass in girth. Manual stretching is wonderful just be sure to include every angle. The angles include all of the newbie stretches, expressive stretching, erect stretching and bundled stretching. Covering all these angles you should fare very well. If you need any help structuring the routine just give me a holler.
