That is because there is no money in doing things the natural way. Big pharma has paid billions to make sure that the general population believes what they sell is the only way to solve any problem

Well, gentlemen and brothers, I am just f'n stoked! After 2 full days of no PE whatsoever, I came home from a meeting and decided to see if my EQ had improved. Now I admit, I put on a bit of �naked people movies�, but wanted to have everything in my favor. Remember, a couple of days ago, even with �naked people movies�, I couldn't get it up. Well, I'll be damned if I didn't measure a solid 7.5" NON bone pressed and 8.75" bone pressed. Also, erect mid girth was 6 3/8" and at the base, just a hair under 6 3/4". So guys, I'm back in the game! When I started back doing PE a little over a month ago, I was 7" NBPEL, so that's a half inch in a little over a month. I know that doesn't seem possible, but the ruler doesn't lie. My routine, as I pointed out, has been pretty intense, so maybe that explains it. I also started with about 6" mid girth, so a substantial increase there as well, although I'm a little skeptical because there may be some post girth work swelling still present, even though it's been 48 hours. But regardless, I'm gaining, and gaining fast. I've got my Phallosan on the way and plan to add that to my regimen. It is my intention to add another solid inch (or more) in the next 4-6 months. Then, I will truly join the "Big Boys" club. Shit, if only I were 20 years younger!!!! Well, ya know what they say, "Better late than never." Let this be an encouragement to all who read. It's never too late, and if you put in the work, you'll reap the rewards. Man, I am grinning from ear to ear, and looking forward to the work ahead. Keep the faith, bros. Penis Enlargement is real and attainable. I, and so many others out there, are living proof. Thanks again to all of you for your support, advice and encouragement.

Glad to hear that Fill. I would have to agree with BSA, that size would certainly put you in the "Elite" club. Are you going to adjust your routine so that you can maintain your EQ and still grow or are you going to continue but take breaks?

Good question! I think I learned a bit of a lesson, that sometimes more is not better. And I should know, as I've weight trained off and on my entire adult life, and I know you need to take breaks to let muscles recover and grow. So yes, I think taking a day or 2 off each week might indeed be prudent. On the other hand, once I have the Phallosan, I may just decide to use it exclusively on those days off, as I don't think the PF by itself would degrade EQ. It might even help.

That sounds like a good plan Fill. I do have days that are less productive than others but I still manage to find a few hours to wear the PF. The good thing about the PF is you can wear it at less intensity and just keep you elongated.
 
As long as you don’t go completely overboard girth work should increase your erection qualities
 
Sometimes fatigue will set in and cause weak eq. So if you find yourself with weak erections I would suggest a good Kegels routine.
 
I think what I'm going to do is stop all PE and monitor my EQ. Assuming it normalizes, I'll resume, but maybe lower the intensity, time etc, and gradually build up. I'm sure the Phallosan is effective, but is likely less effective without some kind of manual, intense stretching, as indicated by other posters using it alone without results. But as Big Schwanz said, "gotta listen to your body." As for the 9.25" BPFSL, Lookn4girth, I gotta really pull to hit that, but 9" is no problem. But I got a 1.5" fat pad which is kind of a bummer. I'm not really overweight either, and work out regularly. Oh, and while I'm at it, Big Schwanz also pointed out the need for good quality REM sleep, and that is a problem for me as I have insomnia. I get to sleep ok, but invariably wake up after 3 or 4 hours and am unable to get back to sleep without some kind of medication, although I usually just take a Benadryl. Alcohol could also be a factor here, as I tend to drink more than I should. That also contributes to poor sleep and ED. Also take Blood pressure meds which, I'm told, can affect erectile function. So, a lot of factors in play here. Will do the best I can in the coming days and keep you guys updated. Thanks for all the advice and support. It's a great community here!
